बिना वजह कटया है ट्रैफिक चालान तो करवाएं माफ, जान लें (If your traffic challan is issued without any reason, get it waived, know this)

ऐसा कई बार है जब किन्हीं कारणों से बिना वजह वाहन का चालान कटता है, ऐसे में परेशान की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि ऐसा तरीका है जिससे चालान से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं.  

There are many times when for some reason, a vehicle challan is issued without any reason. In such a situation, there is no need to worry because there is a way to get rid of the challan.

लोक अदालत में गाड़ी के चालान को माफ करवाने का मौका है. हर महीने पर आयोजन है जिसमें मामलों का निपटारा और बिना अतिरिक्त खर्च किया है. ज्यादातर में चालान की रकम कम कर दी है और किसी तरह की गुंजाइश हो चालान माफ कर दिया है.

There is an opportunity to get the vehicle challan waived off in Lok Adalat. It is organized every month in which cases are settled without any additional cost. In most cases, the amount of the challan is reduced and if there is any scope, the challan is waived off.

सामान्य रूप से लोक अदालत का आयोजन हर महीने के दूसरे और चौथे शनिवार को है, लेकिन ये तारीखें अलग क्षेत्रों में अलग भी हो सकती हैं. आप शहर या राज्य की न्यायिक वेबसाइट पर या स्थानीय अदालत से संपर्क कर अगली लोक अदालत की तिथि में जानकारी प्राप्त हैं. ऐसे में चालान से संबंधित सभी दस्तावेज़ों और पहचान पत्रों के साथ अदालत में उपस्थित होकर मामले का निपटारा कर सकते हैं. लोक अदालत में मामले का निपटारा होता है.

Generally, Lok Adalat is organized on the second and fourth Saturday of every month, but these dates may vary in different areas. You can get information about the date of the next Lok Adalat on the judicial website of the city or state or by contacting the local court. In such a situation, you can settle the case by appearing in the court with all the documents and identity cards related to the challan. The case is settled in Lok Adalat.

अप्लाई -अगर 1 से ज्यादा चालान हैं तो अलग रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना पड़ेगा. इस बाद लोक अदालत में पेश होना पड़ता है जिसमें चालान माफ़ करवा सकते हैं.

Apply - If there is more than 1 challan, then separate registration will have to be done. After this, one has to appear in Lok Adalat in which the challan can be waived off.
