सेवा मित्र पोर्टल -सेवा मित्र पोर्टल एक ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म है जहां अलग-अलग तरह के कारीगरों का डेटाबेस मौजूद है. इस पोर्टल से आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार कारीगर को चुन सकते हैं और सर्विस बुक कर सकते हैं. पोर्टल का इस्तेमाल इलेक्ट्रीशियन, प्लंबर, कारपेंटर, पेंटर, एसी मैकेनिक, ब्यूटीशियन, ड्राइवर समेत और कई अन्य सर्विस के लिए कर सकते हैं.

सेवा मित्र ऐप यूपी सरकार द्वारा जारी की है. आप इसे गूगल प्ले स्टोर से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं और वेबसाइट के जरिए भी एक्सेस हैं. इस ऐप से इलेक्ट्रीशियन को घर पर बुला सकते हैं और इलेक्ट्रिक अप्लायंसेस को घर पर ही ठीक करवा सकते हैं. इस ऐप पर कई सर्विसिस हैं, जैसे कारपेंटर, ब्यूटीशियन, पेंटर, प्लंबर, नर्सिंग, इलेक्ट्रीशियन सर्विस इस ऐप पर मिलेगा.

इस्तेमाल - सेवा मित्र पोर्टल की वेबसाइट या मोबाइल ऐप पर हैं. यहां पहले जिले का नाम सिलेक्ट होगा. फिर बताना होगा कि कौन सी सर्विस चाहिए. पोर्टल आपके क्षेत्र के आसपास उपलब्ध कारीगरों की लिस्ट मिलएगी. जब आप कारीगर चुन लेते हैं, तो सेवा बुक कर सकते हैं.
