सिम कार्ड वक्त हो सावधान; जानें नियम (Be careful while making SIM card; know the rules)

सिम कार्ड मोबाइल फोन के लिए जरूरी चाजों में से है. बिना सिम के फोन से कॉल करना या डेटा इस्तेमाल करना संभव नहीं होता. कई बार स्कैमर्स फर्जी सिम कार्ड से लोगों के साथ फ्रॉड की कोशिश हैं. इस स्कैम से बचाने के लिए सिम कार्ड से नियमों में कुछ बदलाव हैं. इन नियमों में जानना चाहिए. इन नियमों में बताते हैं.

वेरिफिकेशन -रिपोर्ट्स मुताबिक नया सिम कार्ड एक्टिवेट कराने के लिए आधार कार्ड के जरिए बायोमैट्रिक वेरिफिकेशन होगा. सरकार ने रिटेलर्स के भी नए नियम हैं.  सिम कार्ड बेचने से पहले चेक होगा कि ग्राहक के नाम पर कितने सिम हैं. ग्राहक ने अलग-अलग नाम से सिम कार्ड हैं इसकी जांच होगी. सिम बेचने से पहले की दस अलग-अलग एंगल से फोटो होगी. 

Verification - According to reports, biometric verification will be done through Aadhaar card to activate a new SIM card. The government has also made new rules for retailers. Before selling the SIM card, it will be checked how many SIMs are in the name of the customer. It will be checked if the customer has SIM cards in different names. Before selling the SIM, there will be a photo from ten different angles.

जुर्माना -दूरसंचार विभाग के नियमों मुताबिक एक व्यक्ति आधार कार्ड पर केवल 9 सिम खरीद सकता है. अगर नियम का उल्लंघन है तो उस पर 50,000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा. 

Fine - According to the rules of the Department of Telecommunications, a person can buy only 9 SIMs on an Aadhaar card. If there is a violation of the rule, then a fine of Rs 50,000 will be imposed on him.

अगर इस नियम का उल्लंघन है तो फिर 2 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाएगा. साथ गलत तरीके से सिम लेने पर व्यक्ति पर 50 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना और तीन साल की जेल का प्रावधान है. यह जरूरी है कि आधार कार्ड पर कितने सिम कार्ड जारी हैं.

If there is a violation of this rule, then a fine of Rs 2 lakh will be imposed. There is a provision of a fine of Rs 50 lakh and three years of imprisonment on the person for getting a SIM card in the wrong way. It is important to know how many SIM cards are issued on the Aadhar card.

तरीका - संचार साथी पोर्टल पर जाए,फिर होम स्क्रीन पर नागरिक केंद्रित सेवाएँ पर एक नया पेज खुलेगा, जहां नाम पर मोबाइल कनेक्शन पर मोबाइल नंबर और कैप्चा कोड होगा एक ओटीपी आएगा, इस ओटीपी के जरिए लॉग इन होगा,एक नया पेज ओपन खुलेगा, जहां नाम पर पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर के आगे 1,2 या 3 नंबर लिखा दिखाई देगा, मतलब है कि नाम पर उतने नंबर जारी हैं. स्क्रीन पर रजिस्टर्ड नंबर की लिस्ट मिल जाएगी. 

Method - Go to the Sanchar Sathi portal, then on the home screen a new page will open on citizen-centric services, where there will be a mobile number on the mobile connection in the name and a captcha code, an OTP will come, login will be done through this OTP, a new page will open, where 1, 2 or 3 numbers will be written in front of the mobile number registered in the name, meaning that so many numbers are issued in the name. You will get a list of registered numbers on the screen.
