जूनियर ऑपरेटर ग्रेड 1 :10वीं पास, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स मैकेनिक, इंस्ट्रूमेंट मैकेनिक, इंस्ट्रूमेंट मैकेनिक (केमिकल प्लांट), इलेक्ट्रीशियन, मशीनिस्ट, फिटर, मैकेनिक-कम ऑपरेटर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स कम्युनिकेशन सिस्टम, वायरमैन, मैकेनिक इंडस्ट्रियल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और इंफॉर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी एंड ईएसएम ट्रेड में दो साल का आईटीआई सर्टिफिकेट चाहिए।

Junior Operator Grade 1: 10th pass, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant), Electrician, Machinist, Fitter, Mechanic-cum-Operator Electronics Communication System, Wireman, Mechanic Industrial Electronics and Two years ITI certificate in Information Technology and ESM trade is required.
