एजुकेशन (Education)

एमटीएस : 10वीं पास, एनसीवीटी/एससीवीटी द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से 1 साल का आईटीआई सर्टिफिकेट।

MTS: 10th pass, 1 year ITI certificate from an institute recognized by NCVT / SCVT.

एग्जीक्यूटिव : संबंधित क्षेत्र में 3 वर्षीय इंजीनियरिंग डिप्लोमा।

Executive: 3 year engineering diploma in relevant field.

जूनियर मैनेजर : सीए/आईसीडब्ल्यूए/सीएस/एमबीए (फाइनेंस)/पीजी डिप्लोमा इन फाइनेंस।

Junior Manager: CA / ICWA / CS / MBA (Finance) / PG Diploma in Finance.

सिलेक्शन (Selection)

मल्टी-टास्किंग स्टाफ (एमटीएस): सीबीटी 1 और सीबीटी 2, शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण (पीईटी), डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन, इवैल्यूएशन टेस्ट।

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): CBT 1 and CBT 2, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, Evaluation Test.

जूनियर मैनेजर और एग्जीक्यूटिव : सीबीटी 1 और सीबीटी 2, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन, मेडिकल टेस्ट।

Junior Manager and Executive: CBT 1 and CBT 2, Document Verification, Medical Test.

सैलरी (Salary)

एमटीएस : 16,000 - 45,000 रु/माह, एग्जीक्यूटिव : 30,000 - 1,20,000 रु/माह, जूनियर मैनेजर : 50,000 - 1,60,000 रु/माह।

MTS: Rs. 16,000 - Rs. 45,000/month, Executive: Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 1,20,000/month, Junior Manager: Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 1,60,000/month.

जूनियर मैनेजर, एग्जीक्यूटिव : 1000 रुपए, एमटीएस : 500 रुपए, एससी, एसटी, पीडब्ल्यूबीडी, एक्स सर्विसमैन, ट्रांसजेंडर : नि:शुल्क।

Junior Manager, Executive: Rs. 1000, MTS: Rs. 500, SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Serviceman, Transgender: Free.
