कस्टमर सर्विस एजेंट :मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल से 12वीं पास, लोडर/ हाउसकीपिंग :10वीं पास।
Customer Service Agent: 12th pass from recognized school, Loader/ Housekeeping: 10th pass.
आयु (Age)
18 - 28 वर्ष, आयु में ओबीसी को 3 वर्ष और एससी/ एसटी वर्ग को 5 वर्ष की छूट।

सैलरी (Salary)
कस्टमर सर्विस एजेंट : 13,000 - 30,000 रु/माह, लोडर/ हाउस कीपिंग : 12,000 - 22,000 रु/माह।
Customer Service Agent: Rs 13,000 - 30,000/month, Loader/ House Keeping: Rs 12,000 - 22,000/month.
