एजुकेशन (Education)
एचआर ट्रेनी :फुल टाइम ग्रेजुएट और 2 साल का फुल टाइम फर्स्ट क्लास या 60% अंक (एससी / के लिए 55%) एसटी/ओबीसी/पीएच) एमबीए/पीजी डिग्री/पीजी डिप्लोमा या ह्यूमन रिर्सोसेस मैनेजमेंट के समकक्ष,ह्यूमन रिर्सोस डेवलपमेंटस, पर्सनल मैनेजमेंट, इंडस्ट्रियल रिलेशन्स, सोशल वर्क, लेबर वेलफेयर।
HR Trainee: Full Time Graduate and 2 years full time First Class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PH) MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, Labor Welfare.
ट्रेड अप्रेंटिस :क्राफ्ट़समैन ट्रेनिंग स्कीम के तहत आल इंडिया ट्रेड टेस्ट पास हो। नेशनल काउंसिल फॉर वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग से नेशनल ट्रेड सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त हो।
Trade Apprentice: Passed All India Trade Test under Craftsman Training Scheme. National Trade Certificate from National Council for Vocational Training.
आयु (Age)
अधिकतम 26 वर्ष, एससी, एसटी को उम्र में 5 साल की छूट, ओबीसी को 3 साल की छूट।
Maximum 26 years, age relaxation of 5 years for SC, ST, 3 years for OBC.
स्टाइपेंड (Stipend)
पद अनुसार 6000 - 15000 रु/माह।
Rs 6000 - 15000/month depending on the post.
