Phoenix Overseas Limited is recognized as a Three Star Export House by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India on October, 2023 and the recognition is valid for a period of 5 years. The Group strongly believes in the concept of collaborative growth, leading to a business group having diverse areas including export of agricultural produce and commodities, manufacturing/export of jute bags, purses, wallets, belts and building a multipurpose cold storage along with potato cold storage. Phoenix Overseas Limited is a B2B trading company specializing in the main maize/corn and oil cake. As of September 2024, the company had 29 employees and 3 contractual employees, including directors, who were responsible for various business functions.

The company is into manufacturing of bags made of jute, cotton, canvas and leather for men and women as well as many other fashion accessories. The clients are in European countries like France, Italy, Germany, UAE and Australia. The company has its manufacturing facility in Sodhpur, Kolkata. Manufactures purses, wallets as well as other shopping and fashion bags for clients.
