In 2019, began manufacturing and selling trailer axles and suspension assemblies and sees strong growth between fiscal 2021 and fiscal 2024.It is a fast growing player in the organized trailer axle manufacturing industry competing with major trailer axle manufacturers. With over three decades of experience, Reliance relies on product development capabilities to design and distribute proprietary products such as trailer axles and suspension assemblies.

Manufactures and supplies a wide range of agricultural equipment. As of June 2024, the company had 528 permanent employees.

The company's product portfolio includes axle shafts, companion flanges, anti-roll bars and stabilizer bar assemblies, suspension linkages, differential spiders, bevel gears, planet carriers, inter-axle kits, rear-end spindles, pole wheels and a variety of tractor . Components for the hydraulic lift mechanism, power take-off (PTO) shaft, and front axle spindle. The company supplies products to major original equipment manufacturers who manufacture M&HCVs and tractors,along with domestic dealers and supply trailer axle and suspension manufacturers who supply OEMs in the M&HCV segment.

Kross Limited has five ISO manufacturing facilities in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, with the capacity to produce forgings weighing up to 40 kg. Production facilities (i) Equipped with forging presses and upsetting lines with induction heating of billets (ii) A foundry with high pressure molding line (iii) High precision machining machines such as turning centres, vertical and horizontal milling centres, grinding, broaching, Hobbing and shaping machines as well as robotic welding systems(iv) An in-house cathodic electro dip painting system, powder coating and spray painting (v) Heat treatment furnace and induction hardening system.
