एलएमआईए और प्रोसेसिंग समय (LMIA and processing time)

1. एलएमआईए - एलएमआईए कनाडा में एक नियोक्ता द्वारा विदेशी श्रमिकों को काम पर रखने से पहले प्राप्त डाॅक्यूमेंट्स है। विशेष रूप से देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत हुए कनाडाई के लिए जीवन की गुणवत्ता और रोजगार के अवसरों में सुधार का प्रयास करता है।

2. प्रक्रिया - संभावित नियोक्ता अनुबंध की आरंभ तिथि से कम से कम छह महीने पहले एलएमआईए का अनुरोध है, आवेदन प्रक्रिया की आय और उस प्रांत या क्षेत्र में औसत वेतन के आधार पर भिन्न है, जहां वे काम करना हैं, उच्च वेतन वाली नौकरियों की तुलना में कम वेतन वाली नौकरियों के लिए अधिक प्रक्रियाओं की जरुरत है।

Application Requirements – The processing fee for a Canada Work Permit application starts at $185. Processing times vary depending on the country from which you are applying for a work permit. To be eligible, you must have submitted to an official of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Will be leaving Canada before the work permit is valid, Can financially support you and any dependents who will move to Canada,must comply with the law, have no criminal record, do not pose a threat to Canadian safety, may be required to demonstrate that they are in good health and will not put a strain on Canada's health care system.

Processing Time – Depending on the circumstances, the processing period for LMIA ranges from 15 days to several months. The important thing is that the more accurate and complete the application is, the faster it is likely to be processed.

वर्तमान में रोजगार और सामाजिक विकास कनाडा श्रेणियों के लिए लगभग 10 दिनों की प्रसंस्करण की गारंटी है। उच्च मांग वाले व्यवसाय, कार्य की अवधि 120 दिन या कम,उच्च वेतन नौकरियां जो शीर्ष 10 प्रतिशत में नहीं है। नियोक्ता एलएमआईए आवदेन दाखिल बाद, ईएसडीसी आवेदन को मंजूरी है। एक पुष्टिकरण पत्र या पॉजिटिव एलएमआईए का मतलब कि नियोक्ता काम करवाने के लिए विदेशी श्रमिकों को काम पर है। काम के लिए कोई कनाडा के नागरिक नहीं है।यह पुष्टि प्राप्त पर, कनाडा वर्क परमिट के आवेदन कर सकता है।

There is currently a guaranteed processing time of approximately 10 days for Employment and Social Development Canada categories. High-demand occupations, work duration 120 days or less, high-wage jobs not in the top 10 percent. After the employer files the LMIA application, the ESDC application is approved. A confirmation letter or positive LMIA means that the employer is willing to hire foreign workers to perform the work. There is no Canadian citizen available for work. Upon receiving this confirmation, one can apply for a Canada Work Permit.
