मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान/विश्वविद्यालय से संबंधित विषय में इंजीनियरिंग/टेक्नोलॉजी में ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री, डिप्लोमा अप्रेंटिसशिप के लिए राज्य के तकनीकी बोर्ड/मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से संबंधित फील्ड में डिप्लोमा, ग्रेजुएट अप्रेंटिस के लिए संबंधित क्षेत्र में ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री।

Graduation Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant subject from a recognized Institute/University, Diploma in relevant field from State Technical Board/Recognized Institute for Diploma Apprenticeship, Graduation Degree in relevant field for Graduate Apprentice.
