फ्यूल खपत अनुमान :-औसतन, एक छोटी कार (1000-1500सीसी  इंजन) ट्रैफिक सिग्नल पर 1 मिनट तक एसी पर लगभग 0.01 से 0.03 लीटर (10 से 30 मिलीलीटर) पेट्रोल की खपत है.

प्रति घंटे आधार :-इसे प्रति घंटे के आधार पर देखें, तो यह खपत लगभग 0.6 से 1.8 लीटर प्रति घंटे तक है.

Per hour basis:- If we look at it on per hour basis, then the consumption is around 0.6 to 1.8 liters per hour.

उदाहरण :-अगर कार का माइलेज 15 किलोमीटर प्रति लीटर है, और एसी चलाने से पेट्रोल की खपत 0.02 लीटर प्रति मिनट है, तो 1 मिनट में एसी चलाने से लगभग 0.3 किलोमीटर की दूरी कवर लायक पेट्रोल का उपयोग हैं.

Example: - If the mileage of the car is 15 kilometers per liter, and the petrol consumption by running AC is 0.02 liters per minute, then the petrol used to cover the distance of approximately 0.3 kilometers by running AC in 1 minute.

ट्रैफिक सिग्नल पर लंबे समय तक रुकना हो, तो एसी को बंद एक अच्छा विचार है, खासकर फ्यूल की बचत करना हैं. यह एक सामान्य अनुमान है और वास्तविक आंकड़े कार और परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर करेंगे.
