बिना हेलमेट की छूट :-सिख कम्यूनिटी को बिना हेलमेट बाइक चलाने की छूट है. बता दें, इस कम्यूनिटी के लोग सिर पर पगड़ी पहनते हैं. ऐसे में हेलमेट सिर पर फिट नहीं बैठता. हेलमेट सिर पर चोट या हादसे से बचाने के लिए काम है. लेकिन कम्यूनिटी का ये काम सिर की पगड़ी से होता है. 

Exemption without helmet:- Sikh community is allowed to ride bike without helmet. Let us tell you, people of this community wear turban on their heads. In such a situation the helmet does not fit the head. Helmet is used to protect the head from injury or accident. But this work of the community is done with a turban on the head.

सिर की पगड़ी सिर को गंभीर चोट से बचाती है. इससे हेलमेट न पहनने की छूट है. अगर किसी ने मेडिकल कंडीशन से हेलमेट नहीं पहना है तो हेलमेट न पहनने की छूट है, लेकिन सबूत दिखाता है.

हेलमेट पर नियम :-नियम मुताबिक, सभी टू व्हीलर्स को हेलमेट जरूरी है. सेक्शन 129 के मुताबिक, बिना हेलमेट पकड़ते हैं तो 5 हजार रुपये तक का चालान लगाता है. अगर बाइक पर कोई बच्चा है, जिसकी उम्र 4 साल से ज्यादा है तो हेलमेट पहनना जरूरी है. इसके अलावा को-पैसेंजर को हेलमेट पहनना जरूरी है.
