भारत का विदेश मंत्रालय (एमईए) विदेशों के साथ भारत के सम्बन्धों के व्यवस्थित संचालन,भारतीय-विदेश नीति को लागू करने तथा संयुक्त राष्ट्र में भारत के प्रतिनिधित्व के जिम्मेदार है। वर्तमान में भारत के विदेश मंत्री श्री जयशंकर है। विदेश मंत्री जी को भारत सरकार द्वारा मई 2019 को सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल में मंत्रालय सौंपा था। पहले विदेश मंत्री श्रीमती सुषमा थी। एस जयशंकर सरकार के पहले कामकाज के दौरान विदेश सचिव के पद पर कार्यरत हैं। इस अलावा संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका और अन्य देशों में वे भारत के राजदूत पर सेवाएं दे चुके हैं। साथ ही देश के अलग-अलग कूटनीति वार्ता में विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर के द्वारा अहम भूमिका है। 

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) of India is responsible for the systematic conduct of India's relations with foreign countries, implementation of India's foreign policy and India's representation in the United Nations. Presently the Foreign Minister of India is Shri Jaishankar. The External Affairs Minister was assigned the ministry by the Government of India in May 2019 in the second term of the government. The first Foreign Minister was Smt. Sushma. S Jaishankar is serving as the Foreign Secretary during the first functioning of the government.Apart from this, he has served as the Ambassador of India to the United States of America and other countries. Also, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar plays an important role in various diplomatic talks of the country.

1. विदेश मंत्रालय :-विदेश मंत्रालय, विदेशी देशों के साथ भारत के संबंधों के संचालन के लिए जिम्मेदार है। ये मंत्रालय दूसरे देशों में देश के प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए जिम्मेदार है। विदेश विभाग की ये जिम्मेदारी है कि वो ये तय कि दूसरे देशों में भारत का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगा साथ अन्य लोगों को और राज्य सरकारों को ये निर्देश है कि विदेशी सरकारों और उनके संस्थानों के साथ पेश आएं। विदेश मंत्रालय द्वारा तय मिशन या उद्देश्य ये है कि भारत के जो छात्र बाहर दूसरे देशों में पढ़ रहे हैं या जाॅब कर रहे हैं या फिर रहें हैं उन्हे किसी तरह का समस्या न हो और जिम्मेदारी है कि भारत की राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा और विकास की प्राथमिकता को बढ़ावा मिलें।

Responsibility of the Ministry of External Affairs:-The responsibility of the Ministry of External Affairs is to implement the country's diplomatic principles, policies and related laws and regulations. To protect the national sovereignty, security and interests of the country, conduct diplomatic affairs on behalf of the state and government and handle diplomatic activities between the country's leaders and foreign leaders. The Ministry of External Affairs is important in immigration policies and regulations, leading to international activities between two countries.

3. विदेश मंत्रालय आप्रवासन भूमिका :-विदेश मंत्री, किसी जनतंत्र या प्रजातंत्र में एक कैबिनेट मंत्री हैं। जिनका काम राज्य की विदेश नीति और संबंधों के प्रभार को संभालना होता है, जो विदेश मंत्रालय में बैठते हैं। कंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल के फेमस कार्यालयों में से एक विदेश मंत्री की मुख्य जिम्मेदारी अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय में भारत और सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व है। भारतीय विदेश नीति के बनाने में विदेश मंत्री की अहम भूमिका है। 

Ministry of Foreign Affairs Immigration Role:-The Foreign Minister is a cabinet minister in a democracy. Whose job is to handle the charge of foreign policy and relations of the state, who sit in the Ministry of External Affairs. One of the famous offices of the Union Cabinet, the main responsibility of the External Affairs Minister is the representation of India and the government in the international community. The Foreign Minister plays an important role in making Indian foreign policy.

देश की विदेश नीति को चलाना और समीक्षा करना है,भारत का अन्य देशों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार है तथा विभिन मुद्दों पर भारत का पक्ष दुनिया के सामने है,कूटनीतिक मुद्दों पर दुनिया के अन्य राष्ट्राध्यक्षों के साथ बातचीत है, पासपोर्ट या वीजा से संबंधित कोई समस्या है तो भी वह विदेश मंत्रालय के समक्ष रखी है, पासपोर्ट की मान्यता, वैधता और अवैध पासपोर्टों में निर्णय लेता है। गुम या चोरी हुए पासपोर्ट के मामले हैं।

The foreign policy of the country has to be run and reviewed, India has good relations with other countries and India's stand is in front of the world on various issues, there are talks with other heads of state of the world on diplomatic issues, any related to passport or visa. Even if the problem is put before the Ministry of External Affairs, it takes decisions in recognition of passport, validity and invalid passports. There are cases of lost or stolen passports.

4. विदेश मंत्रालय चीज डील :- विदेश मंत्रालय वीजा, पासपोर्ट आदि से रिलेटेड समस्या पर सेवाओं को डील करता है। विदेश मंत्रालय का पासपोर्ट सेवा कार्यक्रम (पीएसपी) सीपीओ के द्वारा भारतीय नागरिकों को पासपोर्ट एवं काउंसलर सेवाएं है। विदेश में स्थित भारतीय पासपोर्ट, वीजा और काउंसलर शाखाओं के द्वारा विदेशी नागरिकों तथा विदेश में रहने वाले भारतीयों को काउंसलर और वीजा की सेवाएं है। पासपोर्ट पर वीजा के लिए आवेदन वाले का प्रक्रियान्वयन विदेश मंत्रालय की जिम्मेदारी है। कई देशों के साथ वीजा प्रक्रिया में समस्याएं पर विदेश मंत्रालय संपर्क कर समाधान है।

Ministry of External Affairs deals with:- Ministry of External Affairs deals with services on issues related to visa, passport etc. The Passport Services Program (PSP) of the Ministry of External Affairs provides passport and consular services to Indian citizens through CPOs. Consular and visa services are provided to foreign nationals and Indians living abroad through Indian Passport, Visa and Consular Branches located abroad.The processing of visa applications on passport is the responsibility of the Ministry of External Affairs. 5. विदेश मंत्रालय राजनयिक पासपोर्ट :-एक राजनायिक पासपोर्ट उन व्यक्तियों को जारी पासपोर्ट है जो सरकार के प्रतिनिधि में काम हैं। साधारण भाषा में यह पासपोर्ट ऐसे है जिसे राष्ट्रीय सरकार द्वारा आधिकारिक बातचीत और दूसरे देश या देशों के साथ राजनीतिक, आर्थिक और सामाजिक संबंध के लिए नियुक्त है।आईसीसीआर सांस्कृतिक सहयोग को बढ़ावा के लिए अंतरराष्ट्रीय सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान का आयोजन है।

Ministry of External Affairs Diplomatic Passport:-A diplomatic passport is a passport issued to persons who are on representative basis of the government. In simple language, these passports are those which are appointed by the national government for official interaction and political, economic and social relations with another country or countries. ICCR is an international cultural exchange organized to promote cultural cooperation.
