कनाडा का वीजा कनाडा सरकार द्वारा जारी एक दस्तावेज है, जो किसी व्यक्ति को कनाडा में प्रवेश करने, रहने या काम की इजाज़त है। कनाडा में यात्रा वाली है या यात्रा का क्या उद्देश्य है, इस आधार पर विभिन्न प्रकार के वीजा मौजूद है। 

A Canadian visa is a document issued by the Government of Canada allowing a person to enter, live or work in Canada. There are different types of visas depending on whether you are traveling to Canada or the purpose of your visit.

जानिए कनाडा वीजा के प्रकार (Know the types of Canada visa)

1. विजिटर वीजा :-कनाडा विजिटर वीजा एक अस्थायी वीजा है जो पर्यटन या व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यों के लिए कनाडा की इजाज़त है। वीजा छह महीने तक के लिए मान्य है। विजिटर वीजा के लिए अप्लाई के लिए पासपोर्ट एक आवेदन पत्र और सहायक दस्तावेज जमा होंगे। इन पेपरस में वित्तीय सहायता का प्रमाण, कनाडा में किसी का निमंत्रण पत्र और यात्रा बीमा का प्रमाण है। 

Visitor Visa:- Canada Visitor Visa is a temporary visa that allows entry into Canada for tourism or business purposes. The visa is valid for up to six months. To apply for a visitor visa, a passport, an application form and supporting documents will be submitted. These papers include proof of financial support, a letter of invitation from someone in Canada, and proof of travel insurance.

विजिटर वीजा के प्रकार (Types of Visitor Visa)

पर्यटक वीजा :-पर्यटक वीजा का उद्देश्य पूरी तरह से पर्यटन-संबंधी कारणों से विजिटरस को देश में प्रवेश की अनुमति है। इसका इस्तेमाल अवकाश या पर्यटन उद्देश्यों के लिए,इस वीजा का उपयोग काम या काम के लिए आवेदन के लिए नहीं कर सकते हैं,विजिटर वीजा जमा के 27 दिनों के अंदर जारी है,आपको पास पासपोर्ट अनिवार्य, अच्छे स्वास्थ्य में रहना जरुरी, अपराधिक या आप्रवासन-संबंधी दोषी न हों,आपके पास वापस जाने का प्रमाण जरुरी,कनाडा में अस्थायी प्रवास के लिए पर्याप्त धन रखें। 

Tourist Visa:-The purpose of tourist visa is to allow visitors to enter the country solely for tourism-related reasons. It can be used for leisure or tourism purposes, You cannot use this visa to apply for work or work, Visitor visa is issued within 27 days of submission, You must hold a passport, be in good health, have no criminal or Have no immigration convictions, You must have proof of return, Have enough money to pay for your temporary stay in Canada.

ट्रांजिट वीजा :-अगर दूसरे देश से कनेक्टिंग फ्लाइट के जरिए कनाडा में प्रवेश हैं तो ट्रांजिट वीजा प्राप्त होगा। जब वैध विजिटर वीजा न हो। अगर इंटरनेशनल फ्लाइट किसी अन्य देश के रास्ते में कनाडाई हवाई अड्डे पर रुकती है, तो कनाडाई आव्रजन नियमों के मुताबिक कनाडा में प्रवेश के लिए ट्रांजिट वीजा होगा। अगर कनेक्टिंग फ्लाइट नहीं है तो आप तीन महीने से कम समय के लिए कनाडा में रहेंगे और उसी फ्लाइट से वापस होंगे। 

Transit Visa: If you are entering Canada through a connecting flight from another country, you will get a transit visa. When not holding a valid visitor visa. If an international flight stops at a Canadian airport en route to another country, a transit visa will be required to enter Canada as per Canadian immigration rules. If there is no connecting flight, you will be in Canada for less than three months and will return on the same flight.

सुपर वीजा :-सुपर वीजा नामक विजिटर वीजा कनाडा के स्थायी निवासियों या नागरिकों के माता-पिता या दादा-दादी के लिए मौजूद है जो बच्चों या पोते-पोतियों से हैं। सुपर वीजा एक बार में दो साल तक बच्चों या पोते-पोतियों से मिलने की अनुमति है। 

Super Visa:-A visitor visa called Super Visa exists for parents or grandparents of children or grandchildren of Canadian permanent residents or citizens. Super visas allow visiting children or grandchildren for up to two years at a time.

बिजनेस वीजा :-जो व्यक्ति या समूह व्यावसायिक कारणों से कनाडा जाना हैं वे इस वीजा के लिए योग्य हैं। बिजनेस विजिटर वीजा के लिए दिए है, 6 महीने से कम समय तक रहने की योजना हैं,कनाडा में नौकरी की योजना नहीं है,व्यवसाय का मुख्य स्थान और आय और लाभ का स्त्रोत कनाडा के बाहर है। 

Business Visa:- Individuals or groups who wish to visit Canada for business reasons are eligible for this visa. Granted for a Business Visitor Visa, plan to stay for less than 6 months, do not plan to be employed in Canada, have a principal place of business and sources of income and profits outside Canada.

2. वर्क परमिट :-कनाडा वर्क परमिट प्रसंस्करण समय विदेशी के लिए 5-6 महीने से भिन्न है क्योंकि डिपेंड है कि किस प्रकार के वर्क परमिट के लिए अप्लाई करना हैं।

Work Permit:- Canada work permit processing time varies from 5-6 months for foreigners depending on the type of work permit applied for.

ओपनवर्क परमिट :-कनाडा में किसी नियोक्ता के लिए काम की अनुमति है। 

Openwork Permit:-Permission to work for an employer in Canada. 

नियोक्ता विशिष्ट कार्य परमिट :- कार्य परमिट की शर्तों के मुताबिक काम की अनुमति है। उस नियोक्ता का नाम है जिस लिए काम कर सकते हैं और वह स्थान जहां आप काम कर सकते हैं। 

Employer Specific Work Permit:- Work is permitted as per the terms of the work permit. The name of the employer you can work for and the location where you can work.

वर्क परमिट प्राप्त के लिए एक वैध नौकरी प्रस्ताव की जरुरत है। अगर कनाडा में नहीं हैं तो आमतौर पर कठिन है क्योंकि नियोक्ता ऐसे तलाश हैं जिनके पास पहले से स्थायी निवासी वीजा हो।

A valid job offer is required to obtain a work permit. If not in Canada it is usually difficult as employers are looking for people who already have a permanent resident visa.

3. स्थायी वीजा :-स्थायी निवास वीजा उनके लिए है कनाडा में स्थायी रहना/बसना हैं। एक्सप्रेस एंट्री प्रणाली एक अंक-आधारित वीजा प्रणाली है जो कुशल श्रमिकों कनाडा में प्रवास की अनुमति है। वीजा के लिए पात्र के लिए संघीय आव्रजन प्रोग्राम में से एक की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा होगा। संघीय कुशल श्रमिक प्रोग्राम, संघीय कुशल व्यापार कार्यक्रम या कनाडाई अनुभव वर्ग। 

Permanent Residency Visa:- Permanent Residency Visa is for those who want to reside/settle permanently in Canada. The Express Entry system is a points-based visa system that allows skilled workers to immigrate to Canada. To be eligible for a visa you must meet the requirements of one of the federal immigration programs. Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program or the Canadian Experience Class.

एक्सप्रेस एंट्री: ये कुशल प्रवासियों के लिए प्रक्रिया है जो कनाडा में स्थायी रहना या बसना चाहते हैं। एक्सप्रेस एंट्री से 3 आव्रजन कार्यक्रम प्रबंधित हैं: फेडरल स्किल्ड वर्कर प्रोग्राम, फेडरल स्किल्ड ट्रेड्स प्रोग्राम और कैनेडियन एक्सीपीरियंस क्लास।  

Express Entry: This is the process for skilled immigrants who want to permanently reside or settle in Canada. There are 3 immigration programs managed by Express Entry: the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class.  

प्रांतीय नामांकित प्रोग्राम: किसी प्रांत या क्षेत्र की अर्थव्यवस्था में योगदान के लिए आवश्यक प्रतिभा, शिक्षा और कार्य अनुभव वाले के लिए है। जो कनाडा के स्थायी निवासी बनना हैं। 

Provincial Nominee Program: is for those with the necessary talent, education and work experience to contribute to the economy of a province or territory. Who want to become a permanent resident of Canada.

स्टार्टअप वीजा कार्यक्रम: कनाडा का स्टार्ट-अप वीजा कार्यक्रम उन विदेशी उद्यमियों के लिए डिजाइन है, जिन पास कनाडा में व्यवसाय विकसित और कनाडाई नौकरियां पैदा की क्षमता है।

Startup Visa Program: Canada's Start-up Visa Program is designed for foreign entrepreneurs who have the potential to develop businesses in Canada and create Canadian jobs.

स्व-रोजगार वीजा: यह कार्यक्रम आप्रवासियों को स्व-रोजगार व्यक्तियों में कनाडा की अनुमति है। सांस्कृतिक या एथलेटिक गतिविधियों में प्रासंगिक अनुभव चाहिए और कनाडा के सांस्कृतिक या एथलेटिक जीवन में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान के लिए तैयार और सक्षम चाहिए।  

Self-Employment Visa: This program allows immigrants to Canada as self-employed individuals. Must have relevant experience in cultural or athletic activities and must be prepared and able to make a significant contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada.

पारिवारिक प्रायोजन कार्यक्रम: कनाडा के स्थायी निवासी या नागरिक हैं, तो जीवनसाथी, साथी या आश्रित बच्चों को कनाडा के स्थायी निवासी के लिए प्रायोजित कर सकते हैं, अगर आर्थिक रुप से समर्थन हैं। 

Family Sponsorship Program: If you are a permanent resident or citizen of Canada, you can sponsor a spouse, partner or dependent children to become a permanent resident of Canada if financially supported.

4. एक्सप्रेस एंट्री सिस्टम :-एक्सप्रेस एंट्री एक अंक-आधारित प्रणाली है जो कुशल श्रमिकों को कनाडा में प्रवास की इजाज़त है। वीजा के लिए पात्र के लिए संघीय आर्थिक आव्रजन कार्यक्रमों में से एक की जरुरतों को पूरा होगा। संघीय कुशल श्रमिक कार्यक्रम, संघीय कुशल व्यापार कार्यक्रम या कनाडाई अनुभव वर्ग।  

Express Entry System: Express Entry is a points-based system that allows skilled workers to immigrate to Canada. Must meet the requirements of one of the federal economic immigration programs to be eligible for a visa. Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program or Canadian Experience Class.

संघीय कुशल श्रमिक वीजा: कुशल आवेदकों को विचार के लिए चयन कारक बिंदु ग्रिड में कम से कम 67 अंक होंगे। अपने और परिवार के लिए पर्याप्त पैसा है। यह कुशल श्रमिकों और परिवारों को कनाडा में स्थायी रूप से निवास और की अनुमति देगा।

Federal Skilled Worker Visa: Skilled applicants must have a minimum of 67 points in the selection factor point grid for consideration. Have enough money for yourself and your family. This will allow skilled workers and families to permanently reside in Canada.

संघीय कुशल व्यापार : पेशे में एक साल के अनुभव वाले कुशल व्यापारी इस श्रेणी के तहत स्थायी निवास के लिए अर्हता हैं। सभी आवेदकों को सीआरएस अंक स्कोर पर रैंक है, जो योग्यता पर आधारित है। 

Federal Skilled Trades: Skilled tradesmen with one year of experience in the profession qualify for permanent residence under this category. All applicants are ranked on a CRS point score, which is based on merit.

कनाडाई अनुभव : जो अनुभव वर्ग के तहत कनाडाई स्थायी निवास के लिए अप्लाई हैं, वे ऐसा कर सकते हैं,वे वर्तमान में अस्थायी विदेशी कर्मचारी वीजा या अध्ययन परमिट पर कनाडा में रहे हैं। हालांकि, निम्न को पूरा होगा:पिछले तीन वर्षों में कनाडा में 12 महीने कार्य अनुभव, अंग्रेजी या फ्रेंच दक्षता का प्रमाण, क्यूबेक के बाहर के लिए सहमत। 

Canadian Experience: Those applying for Canadian permanent residence under the experience category can do so if they are currently in Canada on a temporary foreign worker visa or study permit. However, the following must be met: 12 months work experience in Canada in the last three years, proof of English or French proficiency, agreed to outside of Quebec.

5. प्रांतीय नामांकित कार्यक्रम वीजा :-प्रांतीय नामांकित कार्यक्रम (पीएनपी) ये विशिष्ट प्रांत या क्षेत्र में रहना और काम करना हैं। आवेदन के लिए सभी प्रांत और क्षेत्र के मानदंड हैं। इस वीजा के लिए पात्र के लिए आवश्यक हैं:-प्रांत या क्षेत्र द्वारा निर्धारित विशिष्ट मानदंड पूरा, एक्सप्रेस एंट्री चयन ग्रिड पर न्यूनतम 67 अंक, (कुछ प्रांतों में) किसी ऐसे व्यवसाय में कनाडाई नियोक्ता से वैध नौकरी की पेशकश हो जो उस प्रांत या क्षेत्र के लिए योग्य व्यवसायों की सूची में हो।

Provincial Nominee Program Visa:- Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) These are to live and work in a specific province or territory. All provinces and territories have criteria for application. To be eligible for this visa you must: - meet specific criteria set by the province or territory, have a minimum of 67 points on the Express Entry selection grid, (in some provinces) have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer in a business that is located in that province or territory Be on the list of eligible businesses for the area.

6. छात्र वीजा :-कनाडा में पढ़ाई के लिए एक कनाडाई अध्ययन परमिट के लिए अप्लाई होगा। जो प्रवास की अवधि के लिए छात्र वीजा में काम करता है। यदि कोर्स या प्रोग्राम छह महीने या कम का है, तो कनाडा के अध्ययन परमिट की जरुरत नहीं है।

Student Visa:-Apply for a Canadian study permit to study in Canada. Who works on student visa for the period of stay. If the course or program is six months or less, a Canadian study permit is not required.

वीजा के लिए जरुरी : कनाडा में एक नामित शिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा स्वीकार हो, ट्यूशन शुल्क, रहने के खर्च और वापसी परिवहन के लिए भुगतान के लिए पर्याप्त पैसा, अंग्रेजी या फ्रेंच भाषा में पकड़,पढ़ाई पूरी के बाद देश लौटने का इरादा,एक वैध पासपोर्ट अनिवार्य,दो पासपोर्ट फोटो भी जरुरी है।

Requirements for visa: Be accepted by a designated educational institution in Canada, Sufficient money to pay tuition fees, living expenses and return transportation, Fluency in English or French, Intention to return to the country after completing studies, A valid Passport is mandatory, two passport photographs are also required.
