Vraj Iron & Steel Limited currently operates from two manufacturing plants spread over 52.93 acres at Raipur and Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. As of December, 2023, the total installed capacity of manufacturing plants was 2,31,600 tonnes per annum (“TPA”). The manufacturing plant at Raipur has a captive power plant with a total installed capacity of 5 MW by December 31, 2023. It is in the process of enhancing the capacities of manufacturing plants and captive power plants,It is expected to increase the total installed capacity (combining intermediate and final products) from 2,31,600 TPA to 5,00,100 TPA and total installed capacity of captive power plants from 5 MW to 20 MW.

Billets, and TMT bars under the Vraj brand, the company has two manufacturing plants spread over 52.93 acres in Raipur and Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. As of March 31, 2023, the total installed capacity of the manufacturing plants was 231,600 tonnes per annum of intermediate and final products.

The company currently has a production capacity of 57,600 TPA of MS Billets, which are used for rolling mills to manufacture TMT Bars with a production capacity of 54,000 TPA. The company's product portfolio includes offerings like Sponge Iron, TMT Bars, MS Billets. The by-products are dolochar, pellets and pig iron, which cater to a mix of industrial customers and end users.

Raipur Plant has achieved Environment Management System certification under the new ISO standard. As of June 30, 2023, the company has a workforce of 533, which includes 298 permanent employees, 7 at the registered office, 200 at Raipur plant, 87 at Bilaspur plant and 235 contractual employees.
