कस्टमर सर्विस एजेंट : उम्र 1 जुलाई 2024 को न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम 28 वर्ष, लोडर और हाउसकीपिंग : अधिकतम 33 वर्ष, एससी/एसटी को 5 वर्ष और ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों को 3 वर्ष की छूट।

Customer Service Agent: Age minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 1 July 2024, Loader and Housekeeping: Maximum 33 years, relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.

सैलरी (Salary)

कस्टमर सर्विस एजेंट : 13,000 - 30,000 रु/माह, लोडर और हाउसकीपिंग : 12,000 - 22,000 रु/माह, पे स्केल इंटरव्यू के समय तय होंगा।

Customer Service Agent: Rs 13,000 - 30,000/month, Loader & Housekeeping: Rs 12,000 - 22,000/month, pay scale will be decided at the time of interview.

एग्जाम पैटर्न (Exam Pattern)

एग्जाम में सभी सवाल एमसीक्यू टाइप होंगे, परीक्षा की अवधि 90 मिनट,परीक्षा में 1/4 अंक की निगेटिव मार्किंग होगी, किसी तरह का नॉर्मलाइजेशन नहीं होंगा।

All questions in the exam will be MCQ type, duration of the exam will be 90 minutes, there will be negative marking of 1/4 marks in the exam, there will be no normalization.

Click on Apply, Register and log in with the help of registered number and password. On the registration page, select profile, full name, valid email address, mobile number and password.

पर्सनल डिटेल्स दर्ज करके डॉक्यूमेंट्स अपलोड कर एग्जाम सेंटर का चयन कर सब्मिट पर क्लिक कर फीस जमा कर फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट रखें।

Enter personal details, upload documents, select exam centre, click on submit, pay fees and take printout of the form.
