मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से एमडी/एमएस डिग्री, सर्जिकल सुपर स्पेशिलिटीज के लिए एमसीएच डिग्री, मेडिकल सुपर स्पेशिलिटीज के लिए एमएस की डिग्री, पद के अनुसार कार्य अनुभव, नॉन मेडिकल पदों के लिए संबंधित क्षेत्र में मास्टर डिग्री, पीएचडी।
MD/MS degree from recognized institute, MCh degree for surgical super specialties, MS degree for medical super specialties, work experience as per post, Master's degree in relevant field for non medical posts, Ph.D.

37,400-67,000 रु/माह (Rs/month)।
