सेकंड हैंड कार खरीदने की योजना हैं, तो अच्छा कि मार्केट में कुछ स्कैम में जान लें. कुछ स्कैम्स में हैं, जो बिना-भरोसे वाले यूज्ड कार डीलर या प्लेटफॉर्म से कार खरीदने के बाद के दौरान हैं.

If you are planning to buy a second hand car, then it is better to be aware of some scams in the market. Some scams occur after purchasing a car from an untrusted used car dealer or platform.

1. ब्याज दर :-सेकंड हैंड कार मार्केट में ब्याज की उंची दरें वसूलती हैं. तो कोई विक्रेता फ्लैट इंटरेस्ट रेट का वादा है, तो सावधान हो . ये सुनने में लुभावनी हैं, यह नहीं कि कार लोन रीड्यूसिंग रेट बेसिस पर दिए हैं. धोखे का शिकार हो और बताई ब्याज दर तुलना में दोगुना ब्याज देना पड़े.

Interest Rate:-High rates of interest are charged in the second hand car market. So if any seller promises flat interest rates, be wary. This sounds tempting, not that car loans are given on reducing rate basis. Become a victim of fraud and have to pay double the interest rate compared to the stated interest rate.

2. ओनर डिटेल :- सेकंड हैंड कार बेचने वाले विक्रेता, कार के पिछले मालिकों की संख्या में जानकारी हैं, ऐसे खरीदार को कार की हिस्ट्री और अन्य जानकारी नहीं मिलती. ओरिजिनल डॉक्यूमेन्ट जैसे आरसी (रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट) दिखाने बजाए, फोटोकॉपी दिखाते हैं, सिर्फ एक ही मालिक में बताता है. और, कार की ज्यादा कीमत का झांसा है. तो फिज़िकल ओरिजिनल डॉक्यूमेन्ट के बाद कार खरीदने का फैसला लीजिए.

Owner Details:- Sellers selling second hand cars have information about the number of previous owners of the car, such buyers do not get the history and other information of the car. Instead of showing original documents like RC (Registration Certificate), they show photocopies, showing only one owner. And, the high price of the car is a hoax. So take the decision to buy a car after having the physical original documents.

3. व्हीकल टाइटल :- पुरानी कार बेचने विक्रेता टाइटल को दूसरे राज्य में ट्रांसफर करते हैं, जिससे कार की हिस्ट्री जैसे बाढ़ के कारण खराबी, पूरी तरह से खराब हो चुकी कार (मरम्मत न सके), ऐसे पहलुओं को छिपा है. और, खरीदार धोखे में अनजाने में खराब कार खरीदता है. यह जोखिम से भरा है, जिसमें कार की खराब स्थिति और हिस्ट्री को छिपाता है.

Vehicle Title: When selling a used car, the seller transfers the title to another state, thereby hiding aspects of the car's history such as damage due to flood, the car being completely damaged (beyond repair). And, the buyer is duped into unknowingly purchasing a defective car. This is fraught with risks, including hiding the poor condition and history of the car.

4. ओडोमीटर रोलबैक :-सेकंड हैंड कार खरीदते समय रखें कि ओडोमीटर रोलबैक कर धोखा तो नहीं दिया. कई बार कार बेचने वाले ओडोमीटर के साथ छेड़छाड़ हैं, जिससे कीमत का गलत अंदाजा है. ओडोमीटर में बदलकर कर कार की हिस्ट्री छिपा है, जिससे कीमत पर बेचा जा सके. कार खरीदने का फैसला लेने से पहले रिकॉर्ड की जांच लें. 

Odometer Rollback:- While buying a second hand car, ensure that you are not cheated by rolling back the odometer. Many times car sellers tamper with the odometer, which leads to inaccurate estimates of the price. The history of the car is hidden by changing the odometer, so that it can be sold at a higher price. Check the records before deciding to buy a car.

5. सैलवेज टाइटल स्टेटस :-सेकंड हैंड कार मार्केट में कई जानकारी छिपा व्हीकल्स बेचते हैं, जिन्हें बीमा कंपनियों द्वारा पहले टोटल लॉस घोषित है. ये कारें पूरी से खराब हैं या कई बार चोरी से रिकवर हैं. सैलवेज टाइटल को जाने बिना कार खरीदना अफ़सोस का कारण है. सतर्क रहें, खरीदने से पहले जांच कर लें. 

Salvage Title Status: In the second hand car market, many vehicles are sold with hidden information, which have previously been declared a total loss by the insurance companies. These cars are completely damaged or sometimes recovered from theft. Buying a car without knowing the salvage title is a cause for regret. Be cautious, check before buying.

6. फेक इंस्पेक्शन :-कुछ विक्रेता कार के इन्सपेक्शन और स्थिति की फर्जी रिपोर्ट दिखा खरीदार को धोखा देते हैं. वह भरोसा जीतने के लिए झूठा दावा हैं कि कार का इंस्पेक्शन किया है ताकि बिना जांच-पड़ताल किए खरीद लें. मैकेनिक से जांच कराएं, जरूरत पर प्रोफेशनल की मदद लें. सही रिपोर्ट पर कार का फैसला लें.

Fake Inspection:-Some sellers cheat the buyer by showing fake reports of inspection and condition of the car. To win trust, they falsely claim that the car has been inspected so that they can buy it without checking. Get it checked by a mechanic, seek professional help if needed. Take car decision on the right report.

7. बैट एंड स्विच :-विक्रेताओं द्वारा धोखे के झांसेमें न आएं. वह लुभावना ऑफर दे फंसाते हैं और ज़्यादा दाम पर वाहन खरीदने के लिए दबाव बनाते हैं और पता चलेगा कि ठग है. सतर्क रहें और जो वादा आपसे है, उसे पूरा किया .

Bait and Switch:-Do not fall prey to fraud by sellers. He traps people by making tempting offers and puts pressure on them to buy the vehicle at a higher price and it will be revealed that he is a fraud. Be alert and fulfill the promise made to you.

8. वीआईएन क्लोनिंग :-कई धोकेबाज व्हीकल आइडेन्टिफिकेशन नंबर (वीआईएन) का क्लोन हैं, चुराई कार के जाली दस्तावेज रखते हैं. इस खरीदार लीगल पछड़े में फंसता है. वीआईएन और कार हिस्ट्री वेरिफाई करें, अनजाने में चोरी की कार न खरीद लें. सेफ्टी को टॉप पर रखें.

VIN Cloning:-Many fraudsters clone the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), they keep fake documents of the stolen car. This buyer gets trapped in legal trouble. Verify VIN and car history, do not unknowingly buy a stolen car. Keep safety on top.
