कार में प्लास्टिक बोतल में पानी रखे या नही? समझें (Should water be kept in plastic bottles in the car or not? understand)

कार में पानी की बोतल रखकर सफर करते हैं ताकि ड्राइव के दौरान प्यास लगे तो हम बोतल से पानी कंज्यूम कर सकें. ज्यादातर प्लास्टिक की बोतल का इस्तेमाल करते हैं. हम सफर पर होते हैं और दुकान से पानी खरीदते हैं तो वह प्लास्टिक की बोतल में ही है. गर्मियों के दौरान प्लास्टिक की बोतल में पानी कैरी अच्छा नहीं है.

When water is kept in a plastic bottle inside the car in summer, it gets gummed up quickly. If you do not want to drink hot water in summer, then water kept in plastic bottles is not right.

स्टेनलेस स्टील या तांबे की बोतल का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. ऐसी बोतलों का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं, जो मेटल की हैं और ज्यादा समय तक पानी ठंडा रखती है. बोतलों में पानी रखें ताकि लंबे सफर में खुद को हाइड्रेट रख पाएं और साफ पानी मिल पाए. अगर बाहर दुकान से पानी की बोतल खरीदनी पड़े तो पानी को प्लास्टिक की बोतल से निकलकर मेटल बोतल में कर लें.
