भारतपे और फोनपे ने मिलाया हाथ, 5 साल बाद खत्म ट्रेडमार्क विवाद (BharatPe and PhonePe join hands, trademark dispute ends after 5 years)

भारतपे और फोनपे ग्रुप ने बीच सालों से लीगल डिस्प्यूट्स को खत्म का ऐलान है. भारतपे और फोनपे के बीच चल रहा ट्रेडमार्क विवाद खत्म  है. कंपनियों ने मिल सुलझाया है. पिछले पांच सालों से दोनों कंपनियां नाम में इस्तेमाल 'पे' शब्द को लेकर कोर्ट में केस लड़ रही थीं. 

BharatPe and PhonePe Group have announced the end of legal disputes between them for years. The ongoing trademark dispute between BharatPe and PhonePe is over. The companies have resolved the issue. For the last five years, both the companies were fighting a case in the court regarding the word 'Pay' used in the name.

दोनों कंपनियां कोर्ट के सभी मुकदमे लेंगी. साथ ट्रेडमार्क रजिस्ट्री में एक-दूसरे के खिलाफ दाखिल को वापस लेगा. दोनों कंपनियां नाम का ट्रेडमार्क से रजिस्टर करा सकेंगी. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट और बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में दोनों कंपनियां समझौते की शर्तों का पालन करेंगी. 

Both the companies will take all the court cases. shall simultaneously withdraw the filing against each other in the Trademark Registry. Both companies will be able to register the name as a trademark. Both the companies will follow the terms of the agreement in Delhi High Court and Bombay High Court. 

भारतपे चेयरमैन कहना है कि "यह पूरे उद्योग के सकारात्मक कदम है. दोनों कंपनियों के प्रबंधन ने परिपक्वता और व्यावसायिकता है. दोनों कंपनियां डिजिटल पेमेंट सिस्टम को और मजबूत पर ध्यान हैं."

BharatPe Chairman says that "This is a positive step for the entire industry. The management of both the companies has maturity and professionalism. Both the companies are focused on further strengthening the digital payment system."
