बीएससी (ऑनर्स) भारतीय नर्सिंग काउंसिल से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान या विश्वविद्यालय से नर्सिंग/बी.एससी नर्सिंग या बीएससी (पोस्ट सर्टिफिकेट) / भारतीय नर्सिंग काउंसिल द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान/बोर्ड या विश्वविद्यालय से पोस्ट बेसिक बी.एससी नर्सिंग, राज्य/भारतीय नर्सिंग काउंसिल में नर्स और मिडवाइफ के रूप में रजिस्टर्ड या भारतीय नर्सिंग काउंसिल से जनरल नर्सिंग मिडवाइफरी में डिप्लोमा, राज्य/भारतीय नर्सिंग परिषद में नर्स एवं मिडवाइफ में रजिस्टर्ड, बताई क्वालिफिकेशन के बाद न्यूनतम 50 बेड वाले अस्पताल में दो वर्ष का अनुभव।

B.Sc (Hons) Nursing/B.Sc Nursing or B.Sc (Post Certificate) from an Institute/Board or University recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from an Institute/Board or University recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, State/Indian Nursing Registered as a nurse and midwife with the council or diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from Indian Nursing Council, Registered as Nurse and Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council, Two years experience in a hospital with minimum 50 beds after the said qualification.

आयु (Age)
