किसी आप्रवासन कार्यक्रम से भारत से कनाडा में स्थायी निवास के लिए आवेदन हैं, तो पीआर आवेदन के हिस्से में एक पुलिस क्लीयरेंस प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान आवश्यक होगा।

Police Clearance Certificate for immigration from the country to Canada is one of the important and mandatory steps in the immigration process. Failure to obtain this authentication may result in the application being rejected.

पुलिस क्लीयरेंस सर्टिफिकेट :- एक दस्तावेज़ है जो किसी व्यक्ति के देश में आपराधिक कृत्यों के इतिहास का विवरण है। अगर इतिहास साफ है तो पीसीसी ऐसा कर दिखाएगी. एक ऐसी संस्था द्वारा जारी किया है जो सरकार द्वारा अधिकृत है।

Police Clearance Certificate:- is a document which details the history of criminal acts of a person in the country. If the history is clear then PCC will do this. Is issued by an institution which is authorized by the government.

पुलिस द्वारा जारी किए प्रमाणपत्र विभिन्न नामों से हो सकते हैं, इस पर निर्भर है कि वे किस देश में जारी किए हैं। उन्हें अन्य नामों के साथ-साथ पुलिस क्लीयरेंस प्रमाणपत्र, अच्छे आचरण प्रमाणपत्र, न्यायिक रिकॉर्ड उद्धरण कहा जा सकता है।

Certificates issued by the police may have different names depending on the country in which they are issued. They may be called Police Clearance Certificate, Good Conduct Certificate, Judicial Record Citation, among other names.

If you don't have a record of any criminal behavior and don't complete all the required paperwork, there is no need to worry. If there is a criminal record involving any charges it is possible that the residence application may be refused.

कनाडा पीआर के लिए पुलिस क्लीयरेंस प्रमाणपत्र के लिए आवेदन :-पासपोर्ट कार्यालय, भारतीय दूतावास या वाणिज्य दूतावास, स्थानीय जिला पुलिस स्टेशन, बीएलएस इंटरनेशनल सेंटर।

Applying for Police Clearance Certificate for Canada PR:-Passport Office, Indian Embassy or Consulate, Local District Police Station, BLS International Centre.

1. पासपोर्ट कार्यालय आवेदन 

(Passport office application)

i.पहले पासपोर्ट सेवा ऑनलाइन पोर्टल से पंजीकरण होगा। यहां लॉगिन आईडी होगी जिसका उपयोग आगे पोर्टल पर लॉग इन के लिए करेंगे।

First registration will be done through Passport Seva online portal. Here there will be a login ID which will be used to further login to the portal.

ii.जब पोर्टल पर लॉग इन करें, तो "पुलिस क्लीयरेंस सर्टिफिकेट के लिए आवेदन करें" लिंक मिलेगा। इस पर क्लिक करें।

When logging in to the portal, the link “Apply for Police Clearance Certificate” will be found. Click on it.

iii.लिंक पर क्लिक के बाद जानकारी भरें और फॉर्म सबमिट करें।

After clicking on the link, fill the information and submit the form.

iv.एक बार फॉर्म भरना समाप्त कर लें, तो "भुगतान करें और नियुक्ति निर्धारित करें" लिंक पर क्लिक करें। लिंक "सहेजे गए/सबमिट किए एप्लिकेशन देखें" पर मिलेगा। नियुक्ति निर्धारित की जाएगी।

Once you finish filling the form, click on the “Make Payment and Schedule Appointment” link. The link will be found at "View Saved/Submitted Applications". Appointment will be scheduled.

v.पासपोर्ट कार्यालय में जाने पर, आप या तो आवेदन संदर्भ संख्या की रसीद का प्रिंटआउट या नियुक्ति जानकारी एक एसएमएस दिखा सकते हैं।

When visiting the passport office, you can either show a printout of the receipt of the application reference number or an SMS containing the appointment information.

vi.पासपोर्ट सेवा केंद्र में नियुक्ति बुक के बाद वहां जाएं या क्षेत्रीय पासपोर्ट कार्यालय में बुक किया है, तो जाएँ और मूल दस्तावेज़ लाना न भूलें।

After booking an appointment at the Passport Seva Kendra, go there or if you have booked at the Regional Passport Office, go there and do not forget to bring the original documents.

2. भारतीय दूतावास या वाणिज्य दूतावास 

(Indian Embassy or Consulate)

i.भारतीय दूतावासों और वाणिज्य दूतावास की वेबसाइट के पासपोर्ट सेवा पर जाएं।

Visit the Passport Seva website of Indian Embassies and Consulates.

ii.आप आवेदन हैं, उस देश या क्षेत्र का चयन करें। पासपोर्ट सेवा की वेबसाइट पर पुनः निर्देशित किया जहां निर्देशों का पालन करेंगे।

Select the country or region you are applying for. You will be redirected to the Passport Seva website where you will follow the instructions.

iii.जब पुनर्निर्देशित हो जाएं, तो "रजिस्टर" पर क्लिक करें और विवरण प्रदान करें।

When redirected, click on “Register” and provide the details.

iv.नई लॉगइन आईडी और पासवर्ड बना लॉगइन होगा।

Login will be done by creating a new login ID and password.

v. "पुलिस क्लीयरेंस सर्टिफिकेट" का विकल्प चुनें ताकि नया आवेदन शुरू कर सकें।

Select the option “Police Clearance Certificate” to start a new application.

vi.आवेदन भरें, सबमिट करें और प्रिंटआउट लें। आवेदन जमा के बाद, एक एप्लिकेशन संदर्भ संख्या (एआरएन) होगी।

Fill the application, submit and take printout. After application submission, there will be an Application Reference Number (ARN).

vii.जब एआरएन है, तो दस्तावेजों के साथ दूतावास या वाणिज्य दूतावास पर जाएं।

When you have the ARN, go to the embassy or consulate with the documents.

3. स्थानीय जिला पुलिस स्टेशन

 (Local district police station)

i.निकटतम पुलिस स्टेशन पर जाएं और ड्यूटी पर अधिकारी को सूचित करें कि पीसीसी का अनुरोध के लिए वहां हैं।

Go to the nearest police station and inform the officer on duty there to request PCC.

ii.नाम, उम्र और पता साझा करें और संबंधित प्रश्नों का उत्तर दें। अधिकारी पृष्ठभूमि की जाँच करेगा। कोई जानकारी न छिपाएं।

Share name, age and address and answer related questions. The officer will conduct a background check. Don't hide any information.

iii.पीसीसी के लिए दस्तावेज उपलब्ध होंगे।

Documents will be available for PCC.

iv.शुल्क का भुगतान करें और काम हो गया।

Pay the fee and the job is done.

4. बीएलएस इंटरनेशनल सेंटर 

(BLS International Center)

i.बीएलएस इंटरनेशनल वेबसाइट पर जाएं, तो "पासपोर्ट सेवाएं" विकल्प पर क्लिक करें।

Go to the BLS International website, then click on the “Passport Services” option.

ii.बीएलएस इंटरनेशनल के कनाडा वेबपेज तक पहुंचने के लिए आगे के चरण मिलेंगे।

Further steps will be taken to access the Canada webpage of BLS International.

iii."टोरंटो क्षेत्राधिकार", "ओटावा क्षेत्राधिकार" या "वैंकूवर क्षेत्राधिकार" में से चुनें।

Select from "Toronto Jurisdiction", "Ottawa Jurisdiction" or "Vancouver Jurisdiction".

iv."पासपोर्ट सेवा" पर जाएं और "पुलिस क्लीयरेंस सर्टिफिकेट" विकल्प चुनें।

Go to “Passport Services” and select the option “Police Clearance Certificate”.

v."फॉर्म और अनुलग्नक" पर जाएं जहां पीसीसी के लिए आवेदन का तरीका पता चल जाएगा।

Go to “Forms and Attachments” where you will know the procedure to apply for PCC.

vi.पासपोर्ट सेवा वेबसाइट पर पुनः निर्देशित किया जाएगा जहां आवेदन भरेंगे।

You will be redirected to the Passport Seva website where the application will be filled.

PCC Processing Time and Fees:-A PCC takes approximately 8 weeks to be processed after receiving clear receipt from the police authorities. However, there is no guarantee that it will take only 8 weeks to achieve. Provided that the police officers in India issue this clear receipt. They can take months. Fees If you have an Indian passport/Canadian passport/Foreign passport, you will have to pay around $35.7 (Rs 2,200 approx) for the PCC.
