ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़े तो अलग-अलग धाराओं में कटे चालान (If traffic rules are broken, challans will be issued under different sections.)

लखनऊ में ट्रैफिक नियमों का उल्लंघन भारी पड़ सकता है. यहां तीन अलग-अलग धाराओं में चालान काटेगे और साथ अन्य कार्रवाई भी की जाएंगी. एमवी एक्ट की धारा- 122, 126 और 86 के तहत कार्रवाई होगी. अभी तक इन धाराओं में सिर्फ चालान था. 

Violation of traffic rules in Lucknow can prove costly. Here challans will be issued in three different streams and other actions will also be taken. Action will be taken under sections 122, 126 and 86 of the MV Act. Till now there were only challans in these sections.

लेकिन, नियमों का उल्लंघन कर पर परमिट, डीएल और आरसी रद्द हो सकती है. यह कार्रवाई तीन बार नियम उल्लंघन के बाद होगी और अगर इस बाद कोई वाहन चलाते पकड़ा गया तो तीन महीने की जेल तथा जुर्माना लगाएगा.

But, if the rules are violated, the permit, DL and RC can be cancelled. This action will be taken after three violations and if anyone is caught driving a vehicle after this, he will be punished with three months jail and fine.

एमवी एक्ट की धारा 122 के तहत सड़क पर व्हीकल लावारिस छोड़ना और 126 में सड़क किनारे खड़े व्हीकल की ड्राइविंग सीट पर बैठे व्यक्ति के पास डीएल ना होने को ट्रैफिक नियमों का उल्लंघन माना जाएगा. दरअसल, सड़कों पर जाम को लेकर परेशानी थी. 

Under section 122 of the MV Act, leaving the vehicle unattended on the road and under section 126, the person sitting on the driving seat of a vehicle parked on the roadside not having DL will be considered a violation of traffic rules. Actually, there was problem due to jam on the roads.

ऐसे में प्रशासन ने दो और धाराओं (122, 126) के तहत कार्रवाई को मंजूरी दी. धारा 86 के तहत ठेका गाड़ियों पर कार्रवाई है. नियमों का उल्लंघन वाली ठेका गाड़ियों का परमिट और रजिस्ट्रेशन रद्द होगा. 

In such a situation, the administration approved action under two more sections (122, 126). There is action against contract vehicles under section 86. Permits and registration of contract vehicles violating rules will be cancelled.

ट्रैफिक उल्लंघन को लेकर जिन दो धाराओं को जोड़ा है, उनके तहत तीन पहिया वाहन निशाने पर रहेंगे. शहर में थ्री व्हीलर्स कहीं खड़े और लावारिस स्थिति में पा रहे हैं. 

Under the two sections that have been added regarding traffic violations, three wheelers will be targeted. Three wheelers are found standing and abandoned somewhere in the city.

ऐसी स्थितियों से बचने के लिए दो और धाराओं को जोड़कर कार्रवाई की तैयारी है. इससे जाम से राहत मिलती है. तीन पहिया वाहनों की मनमानी पर लगाम लगाने में मदद मिलेगी.

To avoid such situations, action is being taken by adding two more sections. This provides relief from jam. This will help in curbing the arbitrariness of three wheelers.
