बच्चे ने की गलती तो मां-बाप को जेल! ट्रैफिक नियमों से सावधान (If the child commits a mistake then the parents go to jail! Be careful with traffic rules)

बिना कानून और नियमों के कोई देश अच्छे से नहीं चलता. अलग व्यवस्थाओं से जुड़े अलग नियम और कानून हैं. यातायात व्यवस्था को बेहतर के लिए देश में यातायात कानून हैं. इन्हें सुचारू यातायात व्यवस्था और सुरक्षा को बनाया है.  कुछ यातायात नियमों में जानकारी देंगे, जिनमें हर को पता हो. इनमें आखिरी वाला नियम तो है कि अगर उल्लंघन है तो उल्लंघन वाले नाबालिकों के माता-पिता को सजा मिलेगी.

No country runs well without laws and rules. There are different rules and regulations associated with different systems. There are traffic laws in the country to improve the traffic system. These have been made for smooth traffic system and security. Will give information about some traffic rules, which everyone should know. The last rule among these is that if there is a violation, then the parents of the minors involved in the violation will be punished.

नशे में ड्राइविंग :-नशे में ड्राइविंग ना करें. नशे में ड्राइविंग करते पकड़ने पर 10,000 रुपये का जुर्माना और/या 6 महीने की जेल का प्रावधान है. अगर दोबारा ऐसा करते पकड़े तो 15,000 रुपये का जुर्माना और/या 2 साल तक की जेल हो सकती है.

Drunk driving: -Do not drive while drunk. If caught driving under the influence, there is a provision of a fine of Rs 10,000 and/or 6 months in jail. If caught doing this again, there can be a fine of Rs 15,000 and/or jail up to 2 years.

लाइसेंस और बीमा :-बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के ड्राइव पर 5,000 रुपये का चालान कटता है. बिना बीमा कराए मोटर व्हीकल चलाने पर 2,000 रुपये का चालान और/या 3 महीने की जेल हो सकती, कम्यूनिटी सर्विस करनी पड़ ससती है. दोबारा ऐसा किया तो जुर्माना 4,000 रुपये होगा.

License and Insurance:-A challan of Rs 5,000 is deducted for driving without a driving license. Driving a motor vehicle without insurance can result in a fine of Rs 2,000 and/or 3 months in jail and may have to do community service. If you do this again, the fine will be Rs 4,000.

सिग्नल जंपिंग और हेलमेट :-सिग्नल जंप करने पर 5,000 रुपये तक का चालान कट सकता है. लाइसेंस जब्त हो सकता है. 6 महीने से 1 साल तक की जेल का प्रावधान है. वहीं, बिना हेलमेट के बाइक या स्कूटर चलाने पर 1,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना है.

Signal jumping and helmet:- A challan of up to Rs 5,000 can be issued for signal jumping. License may be confiscated. There is a provision of imprisonment from 6 months to 1 year. At the same time, there is a fine of up to Rs 1,000 for riding a bike or scooter without a helmet.

जुवेनाइल ड्राइविंग :-नाबालिग के ड्राइविंग करते पकड़ने पर अभिभावक (यानी माता-पिता या जिम्मेदारी)/वाहन मालिक को दोषी माना है. इस तहत 25,000 का जुर्माना लग सकता है और साथ 3 साल की जेल हो सकती है.

Juvenile Driving:- If a minor is caught driving, the guardian (i.e. parent or responsible)/owner of the vehicle is held guilty. Under this, a fine of Rs 25,000 can be imposed and there can also be a jail term of 3 years.
