एमबीबीएस, पीजी डिग्री (डीएनबी), बीडीएस डिग्री।

MBBS, PG Degree (DNB), BDS Degree.

आयु (Age)

सामान्य सीनियर मेडिकल स्पेशलिस्ट (ई4 ग्रेड) के लिए उम्मीदवारों की अधिकतम उम्र 42 साल, सीनियर मेडिकल ऑफिसर (सीनियर मेडिकल ऑफिसर (डेंटल)/मेडिकल स्पेशलिस्ट (ई3 ग्रेड) के लिए सामान्य वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों की अधिकतम उम्र 35 साल है, रिजर्व कैटेगरी के उम्मीदवारों को अधिकतम उम्र सीमा में सरकार के नियमानुसार छूट।

The maximum age of candidates for General Senior Medical Specialist (E4 Grade) is 42 years, for Senior Medical Officer (Senior Medical Officer (Dental)/Medical Specialist (E3 Grade) the maximum age of candidates for General Category is 35 years, for Reserve Category Relaxation in maximum age limit for the candidates as per government rules.

Senior Medical Specialist and Medical Specialist: 70 thousand to 2 lakh or 60 thousand to 1 lakh 80 thousand, Senior Medical Officer (GDMO): 60 thousand to 1 lakh 80 thousand, Senior Medical Officer (Dentist): 60 thousand to 1 lakh. up to 80 thousand

फिर होमपेज पर आवेदन फॉर्म भर दें। फॉर्म भरने के बाद प्रिंट आउट ले लें। 

Then fill the application form on the homepage. After filling the form, take a print out.

भरे हुए फॉर्म को स्पीड पोस्ट के जरिए जीएम/एचओडी, सैंक्टोरिया, दिशेरगढ़, पश्चिम बर्धमान, पश्चिम बंगाल-713333 के पते पर भेज दें।
