सीजीपीएससी-प्रीलिम्स से हटे सवाल; 200 नंबर से मेरिट लिस्ट, मेन्स का सिलेक्शन (Questions removed from CGPSC-Prelims; Merit list, mains selection from 200 numbers)

    सीजीपीएससी एसएसई-2023 यानी सीजीपीएससी प्रीलिम्स के क्वेश्चन पेपर से 7 सवाल हटाए हैं। आंसर शीट का इवैल्यूएशन 100 की जगह 93 सवालों के आधार पर होगा। ये एग्जाम 11 फरवरी को हुआ था। क्वेश्चन पेपर के सवालों और सही उत्तर पर आपत्तियों के बाद ये बदलाव है। पेपर से 7 जी एस के सवालों को हटाया है। हालांकि, मार्किंग अब भी मैक्सिमम मार्क्स 200 लेकर ही जाएगी।

7 questions have been removed from the question paper of CGPSC SSE-2023 i.e. CGPSC Prelims. The evaluation of the answer sheet will be based on 93 questions instead of 100. This exam was held on 11 February. This change is after objections to the questions and correct answers in the question paper. 7 GS questions have been removed from the paper. However, marking will still be with a maximum of 200 marks.

16 फरवरी को एग्जाम की मॉडल आंसर की जारी कर थी। इस पर 27 फरवरी तक आपत्ति दर्ज के लिए समय दिया था। मिली आपत्तियों के बाद 11 मार्च को छत्तीसगढ़ पब्लिक सर्विस कमीशन ने बदलाव के बाद नई मॉडल आंसर की जारी की। मॉडल आंसर की में भी 9 सवालों के जवाब बदले गए हैं। मॉडल आंसर की में बदलाव के बाद उम्मीद है कि एग्जाम का रिजल्ट डिक्लेयर कर हगा। पिछले 5 सालों में प्रीलिम्स के क्वेश्चन पेपर पर आई आपत्तियों के बाद कुल 45 सवाल हटाए हैं। इस तरह से छह सालों में कुल 52 सवाल हटाए हैं।

The model answer key of the exam was released on 16th February. Time was given till 27th February to lodge objection on this. After the objections received, on March 11, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission released the new model answer key after the changes. Answers to 9 questions have also been changed in the model answer key. After the change in the model answer key, it is expected that the result of the exam will be declared. In the last 5 years, a total of 45 questions have been removed after objections were received on the question paper of Prelims. In this way, a total of 52 questions have been removed in six years.

सिलेक्शन (Selection)

 सीजीपीएससी प्रीलिम्स में दो एग्जाम हैं- पेपर 1 - जनरल स्टडीज और पेपर 2 - क्वालीफाइंग एग्जाम। जनरल स्टडीज का पेपर यानी पेपर-1 200 नंबरों का होता है। इसमें टोटल 100 सवाल हैं और सवाल के लिए 2 नंबर का है। वहीं, पेपर-2 भी 200 नंबर का है। इसमें भी 2 नंबर के टोटल 100 सवाल हैं। क्वालिफाई के लिए कम से कम 33 मार्क्स यानी 23% स्कोर जरूरी है।

CGPSC Prelims has two exams – Paper 1 – General Studies and Paper 2 – Qualifying Exam. General Studies paper i.e. Paper-1 is of 200 marks. There are total 100 questions in it and each question carries 2 marks. At the same time, Paper-2 is also of 200 marks. In this also there are total 100 questions of 2 marks. To qualify, minimum 33 marks i.e. 23% score is required.

प्रीलिम्स के पेपर-1 के मार्क्स के हिसाब से मेरिट लिस्ट तैयार है। मेरी लिस्ट के आधार पर ही मेन्स के लिए सिलेक्शन है। इसी पेपर से 7 सवाल हटाए हैं। हालांकि, मेरिट लिस्ट 200 नंबरों के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।सीजीपीएससी प्रीलिम्स के क्वेश्चन पेपर से जनरल स्टडीज के 7 सवाल हटाने को लेकर कोचिंग में पढ़ाने वाले फैकल्टी अंकित अग्रवाल ने कहा है कि ये सीरियस तौर पर तैयारी एस्पिरेंट्स के साथ अन्याय है। ये मेहनत का अनादर है।

The merit list is prepared according to the marks of Paper-1 of Prelims. Selection for Mains is based on my list only. 7 questions have been removed from this paper. However, the merit list will be prepared on the basis of 200 marks. Regarding the removal of 7 questions of General Studies from the question paper of CGPSC Prelims, Ankit Aggarwal, the faculty teaching in coaching, has said that this is seriously unfair to the preparation aspirants. This is disrespect for hard work.

आपत्ति के बाद सवालों के सही उत्तर के साथ मॉडल आंसर हैं। ऐसे में खुद इवैल्यूएशन का समय मिल जाएगा और व्यवस्था ज्यादा पारदर्शी बनेगी। क्वेश्चन पेपर के लिए सवालों के चयन में सावधानी बरतनी की जरूरत है ताकि फाइनल क्वेश्चन पेपर से सवाल हटाने की जरूरत ही न पड़े।

Following the objection are model answers to the questions with correct answers. In such a situation, there will be time for evaluation itself and the system will become more transparent. There is a need to be careful in selecting questions for the question paper so that there is no need to remove questions from the final question paper.
