मध्य प्रदेश के नर्सिंग कॉलेजों में चार साल बाद होंगे एग्जाम;169 कॉलेजों को क्लीनचिट (Exams will be held in nursing colleges of Madhya Pradesh after four years; clean chit to 169 colleges)

मध्य प्रदेश के नर्सिंग कॉलेजों में चार साल बाद परीक्षाएं हो रही हैं। मध्य प्रदेश आयुर्विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय यानी मध्य प्रदेश मेडिकल साइंस यूनिवर्सिटी ने टाइमटेबल जारी हैं। हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद सीबीआई की जांच में सही पाए गए 169 कॉलेजों में परीक्षा के लिए टाइम-टेबल जारी किया है। वहीं, 139 कॉलेज इस जांच में फर्जी हैं। बीएससी नर्सिंग फर्स्ट इयर बैच 2020-21, बीएससी नर्सिंग थर्ड ईयर 2019-2020, PB बीएससी नर्सिंग फर्स्ट ईयर 2020-21 और एमएससी नर्सिंग 2020-21 फर्स्ट ईयर के एग्जाम इसी साल अप्रैल से शुरू होंगे।

Examinations are being held in nursing colleges of Madhya Pradesh after four years. Madhya Pradesh Medical Sciences University i.e. Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University has released the timetable. After the order of the High Court, time-table has been released for the examination in 169 colleges which were found correct in the CBI investigation. At the same time, 139 colleges are fake in this investigation. The examinations of B.Sc Nursing First Year Batch 2020-21, B.Sc Nursing Third Year 2019-2020, PB B.Sc Nursing First Year 2020-21 and M.Sc Nursing 2020-21 First Year will start from April this year.

अप्रैल में एग्जाम :-दरअसल, प्रदेश में नर्सिंग कॉलेजों के फर्जी और किसी यूनिवर्सिटी या अस्पताल से एफिलिएटेड न होने के आरोपों के बाद सीबीआई को मामले की जांच सौंप थी। इससे 375 नर्सिंग कॉलेजों के करीब 1 लाख पिछले 3 साल से फाइनल एग्जाम देने का इंतजार कर रहे थे। इनमें से 169 कॉलेजों के इस साल अप्रैल में एग्जाम देगे। इसके अलावा 139 कॉलेज जो जांच में फर्जी साबित हुए, उनमें पढ़ाई कर रहे करीब 12,000 का भविष्य अधर में है।

Exam in April: Actually, after the allegations of nursing colleges in the state being fake and not being affiliated with any university or hospital, the investigation of the case was handed over to CBI. Due to this, about 1 lakh candidates from 375 nursing colleges were waiting for the final exam for the last 3 years. Out of these, 169 colleges will give exams in April this year. Apart from this, the future of about 12,000 students studying in 139 colleges which were proved to be fake in the investigation is at stake.

घोटाला :-मध्‍य प्रदेश में ये घोटाला साल 2020 में सामने आया था। पता चला था कि स्‍टेट नर्सिंग काउंसिल ने ऐसे कॉलेजों को मान्यता थी जो या तो केवल कागजों पर चल रहे थे या किराए के एक कमरे में चल रहे थे। कई नर्सिंग कॉलेज किसी अस्‍पताल से एफिलिएटेड नहीं थे। इस मामला हाईकोर्ट पहुंचा और कोर्ट ने राज्‍य के सभी 375 नर्सिंग कॉलेजों की जांच सीबीआई को सौंप दी।

Scam:-This scam came to light in Madhya Pradesh in the year 2020. It was revealed that the State Nursing Council had recognized such colleges which were either running only on paper or in a rented room. Many nursing colleges were not affiliated with any hospital. This matter reached the High Court and the court handed over the investigation of all 375 nursing colleges of the state to the CBI.

फेक :- इन्वेस्टिगेशन में ये सामने आया कि प्रदेश के 800 नर्सिंग कॉलेजों की 14,000 में से 3,000 फैकल्टी ऐसी है जो बाहरी राज्यों की है। ये फैकल्टी प्रदेश के कॉलेजों में सिर्फ ऑन पेपर रजिस्टर्ड है। नर्सिंग काउंसिल ने माइग्रेशन और रजिस्ट्रेशन है। इनमें 600 फैकल्टी ऐसी है, जिनके माइग्रेशन या रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर को कई तरीकों से बदलकर एक से ज्यादा बार इस्तेमाल किया है।

Fake:- Investigation revealed that out of 14,000 faculty in 800 nursing colleges of the state, 3,000 are from outside states. This faculty is registered only on paper in the colleges of the state. Nursing Council has done migration and registration. There are 600 such faculty whose migration or registration number has been changed in various ways and has been used more than once.

प्रिंसिपल:-नर्सिंग काउंसिल के साल 2020-21 के रिकार्ड्स में लीना नाम की 42 साल की महिला को बड़वानी के योगेश्वर नर्सिंग शिक्षा महाविद्यालय का प्रिंसिपल बताया। रिकॉर्ड्स मुताबिक कॉलेज में इस कोर्स में करीब 90 स्टूडेंट्स पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं। लीना नाम की इसी महिला को बड़वानी से करीब 100 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर 8 और नर्सिंग कॉलेजों की प्रिंसिपल बताया है। विष्णु कुमार स्वर्णकार 15 नर्सिंग कॉलेजों में प्रिंसिपल, वाइस प्रिंसिपल और एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर है।

Principal:- In the records of the Nursing Council for the year 2020-21, a 42-year-old woman named Leena was declared the principal of Yogeshwar Nursing Education College, Barwani. According to records, about 90 students are studying in this course in the college. The same woman named Leena is said to be the principal of 8 more nursing colleges at a distance of about 100 kilometers from Barwani. Vishnu Kumar Swarnkar is principal, vice principal and associate professor in 15 nursing colleges.

दरअसल, 2022 की शुरुआत में प्रदेश के 55 नर्सिंग कॉलेजों के संचालन में गड़बड़ी की जांच के लिए हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दायर थी, ये कॉलेज किसी थ्योरी और प्रैक्टिकल पढ़ाई के बिना ही डिग्री दे रहे थे। एचसी ने अब तक ऐसे 70 नर्सिंग कॉलेजों की मान्यता रद्द है, 2022 में सीबीआई की एंटी करप्शन ब्रांच नर्सिंग कॉलेज घोटाले में जांच शुरू की थी।

In fact, in the beginning of 2022, a petition was filed in the High Court to investigate the irregularities in the functioning of 55 nursing colleges of the state, these colleges were giving degrees without any theory and practical studies. HC has so far canceled the recognition of 70 such nursing colleges. In 2022, CBI's anti-corruption branch had started investigation in the nursing college scam.

इंदौर और ग्वालियर के नर्सिंग कॉलेजों में गड़बड़ी की जांच कर रहे ग्वालियर डिवीजन बेंच के जस्टिस रोहित आर्या और मिलिंद रमेश फड़के ने फर्जी कॉलेजों को मान्यता देने के मामले की जांच के लिए सीबीआई डायरेक्टर को सीनियर ऑफिसर नियुक्त के निर्देश दिए थे,जुलाई 2023 में नर्सिंग काउंसिल की रजिस्ट्रार स्टेला पीटर को हटाया गया। वहीं, काउंसिल की पूर्व रजिस्ट्रार सुनीता शिजू को दतिया मेडिकल कॉलेज ट्रांसफर कर दिया है।

Justice Rohit Arya and Milind Ramesh Phadke of Gwalior Division Bench, who are investigating the irregularities in the nursing colleges of Indore and Gwalior, had directed the CBI Director to appoint a senior officer to investigate the matter of giving recognition to fake colleges. Nursing in July 2023 Council registrar Stella Peter was removed. At the same time, former council registrar Sunita Shiju has been transferred to Datia Medical College.
