महाराष्ट्र में आधार, पैन कार्ड में मां का नाम जरूरी, 1 मई से लागू फैसला (Mother's name mandatory in Aadhaar, PAN card in Maharashtra, decision effective from May 1)

महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने सरकारी फॉर्मेट में बदलाव है। सभी सरकारी डॉक्यूमेंट्स जैसे - आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, स्कूलों की मार्कशीट और प्रॉपर्टी से जुड़े डॉक्यूमेंट्स में मां का नाम जरूरी होगा। ये फैसला 1 मई 2014 या उसके बाद पैदा हुए सभी पर लागू होगा। इसे 1 मई 2024 से लागू कर दिया जाएगा।

मतलब कि 1 मई 2014 के बाद पैदा हुए को सर्टिफिकेट्स और डॉक्यूमेंट्स का नया फॉर्मेट फॉलो होगा। रिपोर्ट मुताबिक नए फॉर्मेट के हिसाब से जिस व्यक्ति का कोई सरकारी सर्टिफिकेट बनना है, पहले मां का नाम, फिर पिता का नाम और आखिर में सरनेम लिखा जाएगा।

This means that those born after May 1, 2014 will have to follow the new format of certificates and documents. According to the report, according to the new format, for the person for whom a government certificate is to be made, first the mother's name, then the father's name and finally the surname will be written.

नए फॉर्मेट से सर्टिफिकेट :- 1 मई 2014 के बाद पैदा हुए सभी को इसी फॉर्मेट में स्कूल, एग्जाम के सर्टिफिकेट्स, फीस से जुड़े डॉक्यूमेंट्स और प्रॉपर्टी से जुड़े कागजों में बदलाव होगा। महाराष्ट्र शासन सार्वजनिक आरोग्य विभाग यानी स्टेट ऑफ पब्लिक हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट केंद्र सरकार से बर्थ और डेथ सर्टिफिकेट में मां का नाम जोड़ने को ले बातचीत है।

Certificate with new format: - All those born after May 1, 2014 will have to change their school, exam certificates, fee related documents and property related papers in this format. Maharashtra Government Public Health Department i.e. State of Public Health Department is in talks with the Central Government to add the mother's name in the birth and death certificates.

शादीशुदा के लिए फॉर्मेट :-शादीशुदा महिलाओं के लिए सर्टिफिकेट के फॉर्मेट में फिलहाल कोई बदलाव नहीं है। शादीशुदा महिलाओं के सरनेम में महिला के नाम के बाद पति का नाम लिखा जाएगा।महाराष्ट्र के महिला बाल विकास विभाग ने इस पर बात करते कहा है कि किसी भी सरकारी डॉक्यूमेंट पर पिता का नाम लिखा जाता है। इन डॉक्यूमेंट्स पर मां का नाम होने से महिलाओं को समाज में बराबरी का दर्जा और सम्मान मिलेगा।

Format for married women: There is currently no change in the format of certificate for married women. In the surname of married women, the husband's name will be written after the woman's name. Talking about this, the Women and Child Development Department of Maharashtra has said that the father's name is written on any government document. By having mother's name on these documents, women will get equal status and respect in the society.

डेवलपमेंट प्रोजेक्ट्स :-महाराष्ट्र कैबिनेट ने 18 डेवलपमेंट प्रोजेक्ट्स को सहमति दी। मुंबई में 300 एकड़ के एरिया में पार्क और महारष्ट्र से अयोध्या जाने वाले टूरिस्ट के लिए अयोध्या में गेस्टहाउस बनाना शामिल है, कैबिनेट ने आवास विभाग यानी हाउसिंग डिपार्टमेंट के BDD चौल और स्लम में रहने के लिए स्टैम्प ड्यूटी को कम के प्रस्ताव को सहमति दी।
