आने वाले कुछ समय में लॉन्च 5-डोर थार की चर्चाओं के बीच महिंद्रा ने मौजूदा 3-डोर थार को अपडेट जारी है. कंपनी ने थार का नया अर्थ एडिशन लॉन्च किया है. यह थार एलएक्स हार्ड-टॉप वेरिएंट पर बेस्ड है. थार अर्थ एडिशन की प्राइस रेंज 15.40 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) से शुरू है. यह पेट्रोल और डीजल, दोनों पावरट्रेन ऑप्शन के साथ उपलब्ध है.

Amid talks of launching a 5-door Thar in the near future, Mahindra is continuing to update the existing 3-door Thar. The company has launched the new Earth Edition of Thar. It is based on the Thar LX hard-top variant. The price range of Thar Earth Edition starts from Rs 15.40 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available with both petrol and diesel powertrain options.

ये एडिशन थार रेगिस्तान से इंस्पायर्ड है. थार अर्थ संस्करण को पहचान के लिए एक्टीरियर पर सैटिन मैट पेंट स्कीम "डेजर्ट फ्यूरी" का इस्तेमाल है. मैट सैटिन फिनिश को कॉम्प्लिमेंट के लिए मैटेलिक ट्रीटमेंट दिया है. बी-पिलर पर अर्थ एडिशन बैज है. ओआरवीएम पर डेजर्ट फ्यूरी इंसर्ट्स, बॉडी कलर ग्रिल और अलॉय व्हील्स पर थार ब्रांडिंग है.

This edition is inspired by the Thar Desert. The Thar Earth variant is identified by the satin matte paint scheme "Desert Fury" on the exterior. Metallic treatment has been given to complement the matte satin finish. There is an Earth Edition badge on the B-pillar. There are Desert Fury inserts on the ORVMs, body color grille and Thar branding on the alloy wheels.

थार अर्थ संस्करण में लाइट बेज एक्सेंट के साथ ऑल-ब्लैक थीम का इस्तेमाल है. महिंद्रा ने इस स्पेशल एडिशन मॉडल में बेज लेदरेट सीट्स के साथ हेडरेस्ट पर ड्यून डिजाइन है. केबिन में डुअल-टोन एसी वेंट, स्टीयरिंग व्हील, सेंटर कंसोल एक्सेंट और डोर पर थार ब्रांडिंग के साथ डेजर्ट फ्यूरी इंसर्ट्स हैं.

The Thar Earth Edition uses an all-black theme with light beige accents. Mahindra has Dune design on the headrests with beige leatherette seats in this special edition model. The cabin gets Desert Fury inserts with dual-tone AC vents, steering wheel, center console accents and Thar branding on the doors.

महिंद्रा थार अर्थ एडिशन को पेट्रोल और डीजल, दोनों इंजन ऑप्शन के साथ पेश है. पेट्रोल मॉडल में 2.0-लीटर टर्बोचार्ज्ड इंजन है, जो 150bhp और 300Nm आउटपुट है. दूसरी ओर डीजल मॉडल में 2.2-लीटर डीजल इंजन है, जो 130bhp और 300-320Nm आउटपुट देता है.

Mahindra Thar Earth Edition is offered with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol model has a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine, which produces 150bhp and 300Nm output. On the other hand, the diesel model has a 2.2-litre diesel engine, which produces 130bhp and 300-320Nm output.
