संघ लोक सेवा आयोग ने 14 फरवरी 2024 से यूपीएससी सिविल सर्विस प्रीलिम्स एग्जाम 2024 के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन शुरू हैं। यूपीएससी की वेबसाइट upsc.gov.in पर अप्लाय कर सकते हैं। भर्ती के लिए 20 सितंबर को मेन एग्जाम का आयोजन किया जाएगा। एग्जाम के तहत आईएएस, आईपीएस, आईएफएस और आईआरएस के पदों पर नियुक्ति होगी। यह परीक्षा 80 शहरों में होगी।
Union Public Service Commission has started the registration for UPSC Civil Service Prelims Exam 2024 from 14 February 2024. You can apply on UPSC website upsc.gov.in. The main exam for recruitment will be organized on 20th September. Under the exam, there will be recruitment on the posts of IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS. This exam will be held in 80 cities.
एजुकेशन (Education)
किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री, बैचलर डिग्री की अंतिम परीक्षा में शामिल होने वाले छात्र आवेदन कर सकते हैं। सिविल सेवा (मुख्य परीक्षा) का फॉर्म भरते समय बैचलर डिग्री प्राप्त होने का प्रूफ देगा, वहीं, भारतीय वन सेवा परीक्षा के लिए किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान या यूनिवर्सिटी से एनिमल हस्बैंडरी एंड वेटरिनेरी साइंस, बॉटनी, केमिस्ट्री, जियोलॉजी, मैथमेटिक्स, फिजिक्स, स्टेटिस्टिक्स और जूलॉजी में से किसी एक विषय के साथ बैचलर डिग्री चाहिए, या एग्रीकल्चर/फॉरेस्ट्री में बैचलर डिग्री हो या इंजीनियरिंग में बैचलर डिग्री हो।
Students appearing in the final examination of Graduation degree, Bachelor degree from a recognized university can apply. While filling the form for Civil Services (Main Examination), one will have to provide proof of having obtained a Bachelor's degree, while for the Indian Forest Service examination, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics from a recognized institute or university and must have a Bachelor's degree with one of the subjects Zoology, or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Forestry, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
आयु (Age)
21 - 32 वर्ष, अधिकतम आयु में छूट :- एससी/एसटी : 5 वर्ष, ओबीसी : 3 वर्ष, रक्षा सेवा कार्मिक : 3 वर्ष, भूतपूर्व सैनिक : 5 वर्ष, पीडब्ल्यूबीडी : 10 वर्ष।
21 - 32 years, Maximum age relaxation:- SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, Defense Services Personnel: 3 years, Ex-Servicemen: 5 years, PWBD: 10 years.
सैलरी (Salary)
सातवें पे कमीशन के अनुसार आईएएस ऑफिसर की सैलरी 56100 से 132000 रुपए प्रतिमाह होगी। केबिनेट सेक्रेटेरिएट के पद पर 2,50,000 तक सैलरी।
According to the seventh pay commission, the salary of IAS officer will be Rs 56100 to Rs 132000 per month. Salary up to Rs 2,50,000 for the post of Cabinet Secretariat.

एग्जाम पैटर्न (Exam Pattern)
सिविल सेवा की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में दो पेपर होते हैं - सामान्य अध्ययन पेपर 1 और 2, सामान्य अध्ययन पेपर 1 में 100 प्रश्न पूछते हैं। जबकि पेपर 2 में कुल 80 प्रश्न पूछते हैं, आईएएस परीक्षा में एमसीक्यू टाइप प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं, प्रीलिम्स परीक्षा 400 अंकों की होती है। इसमें हर पेपर 200 अंकों का है, पेपर 1 में गलत उत्तर के लिए निगेटिव मार्किंग 0.33 और पेपर 2 में 0.83 है, सिविल सेवा प्रीलिम्स एग्जाम के प्रश्न पत्र की भाषा हिंदी और इंग्लिश होगी, हर पेपर की अवधि 2 घंटे होगी।
The Civil Services Preliminary Examination consists of two papers – General Studies Paper 1 and 2, General Studies Paper 1 asks 100 questions. While Paper 2 asks a total of 80 questions, MCQ type questions are asked in IAS exam, Prelims exam is of 400 marks. In this each paper is of 200 marks, negative marking for wrong answer in Paper 1 is 0.33 and in Paper 2 is 0.83, the language of question paper of Civil Services Prelims Exam will be Hindi and English.
