जनवरी से बदल गया सिम नियम, करवाना ये काम (SIM rules changed from January, get this work done)

साइबर ठगी बढ़ते हुए मामले देख सरकार ने सख्त रुख अपनाया है. 1 जनवरी से सिम खरीदने नियम बदल गया है. फर्जी सिम कार्ड्स का इस्तेमाल कर लगातार ठगी को अंजाम दिया जाता रहा है, हालांकि नए साल से ऐसे पर लगाम लग जाएगी और सरकार मान रही है. दरअसल सिम खरीदने का नया नियम है जो फर्जी सिम कार्ड्स पर लगाम देगा. 

Seeing the increasing cases of cyber fraud, the government has adopted a strict stance. The rules for purchasing SIM have changed from January 1. Fraud has been continuously being carried out by using fake SIM cards, although this will be curbed from the new year and the government is accepting it. Actually, there is a new rule for purchasing SIM which will curb fake SIM cards.

नियम :-1 जनवरी से सिम कार्ड खरीदने के लिए वर्चुअल केवाईसी करवाना पड़ेगा और तब जाकर सिम कार्ड खरीदएंगे, ऐसे सिम कार्ड की बिक्री से फर्जी सिम कार्ड निकलवाने में मुश्किल होगी. फर्जी सिम कार्ड नहीं निकलेंगे तो साइबर ठगी और लगातार फर्जी सिम कार्ड्स से चल रहे स्कैम पर लगाम लगगे. 

Rule: - From January 1, you will have to get virtual KYC done to buy a SIM card and only then buy the SIM card, it will be difficult to get fake SIM cards removed from the sale of such SIM cards. If fake SIM cards are not issued then cyber fraud and ongoing scams using fake SIM cards will be curbed.

सिम सेल प्वाइंट :-सरकार द्वारा ये नियम सिम विक्रेताओं पर नजर रखेगा और विक्रेता को सिम कार्ड सेल प्वाइंट की जानकारी देनी होगी, ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि भविष्य में ऐसा मामला सामने आता है जिसमें किसी के साथ धोखाधड़ी की घटना को अंजाम दिया है तो सिम सेल प्वाइंट से छानबीन में मदद मिल पाएगी. 

SIM Sale Point: - This rule by the government will also keep an eye on the SIM sellers and the seller will have to give information about the SIM card sale point, this is because in the future a case comes to the fore in which someone has been cheated. So SIM cell point will help in its investigation.

रजिस्ट्रेशन :-जानकारी अनुसार 1 जनवरी 2024 से सिम कार्ड को लेकर जो नया नियम है उस तहत अब फ्रेंचाइजी, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर, प्वाइंट ऑफ सेल एजेंट्स, सभी को रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना पड़ेगा और ऐसा ना पर वो बिक्री नहीं कर पाएंगे. रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया करवाने के लिए टेलीकॉम डीलर्स और एजेंट्स के पास एक साल तक का समय होगा, इसी समय में उन्हें रजिस्ट्रेशन का प्रोसेस पूरा करना पड़ेगा. 

Registration: According to the information, under the new rules regarding SIM cards from January 1, 2024, now franchisees, distributors, point of sale agents, all will have to get registered and otherwise they will not be able to sell. Telecom dealers and agents will have up to one year time to get the registration process done, within this time they will have to complete the registration process.
