आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस में 2023 महत्तवपूर्ण वर्ष हुआ. साल टेक्नोलॉजी में कई बड़े बदलाव हुए और लोगों ने नई तकनीकों में जाना. आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस का काम तो आसान है, लेकिन साथ-साथ यह के लिए चिंता का विषय बन गया. नौकरियों में कटौती के बीच जॉब की असुरक्षा बढ़ा है. एक हालिया रिपोर्ट से है कि लगभग 82% लोगों को है कि एआई से नौकरी चली जाएगी. 

2023 was an important year in Artificial Intelligence. There were many big changes in technology during the year and people learned new technologies. The work of Artificial Intelligence is easy, but at the same time it has become a matter of concern. Job insecurity has increased amid job cuts. According to a recent report, about 82% of the people believe that jobs will be lost due to AI.

खुलासा :-हाल में हीरो वायर्ड की 'फ्यूचर ऑफ द स्किल्स लैंडस्केप 2024' की रिपोर्ट सामने है. लेटेस्ट टेक्नोलॉजी से प्रोफेशनल्स के बीच नौकरी जाने की बढ़ रही चिंताओं पर प्रकाश है. रिपोर्ट स्टूडेंट्स, पेशेवरों, शिक्षाविदों समेत 2 लाख लोगों को शामिल है. इंटरव्यू के दौरन जॉब वाले लगभग 82% लोगों ने नौकरी की चिंता व्यक्त की. रिपोर्ट में लगभग 78% व्यक्तियों ने बदलते कार्य परिदृश्य के बीच नई टेक्नोलॉजी सीखने और अपस्किलिंग को मान्यता दी. यह सोच लगातार सीखते और कौशल वृद्धी को जागरूकता को दिखाता है. 

Disclosure:- Recently Hero Wired's 'Future of the Skills Landscape 2024' report is out. The latest technology highlights the growing concerns of job loss among professionals. The report covers 2 lakh people including students, professionals, academics. During the interview, about 82% of the employed people expressed concern about their job. Nearly 78% of individuals in the report recognized the importance of learning new technology and upskilling amid the changing work scenario. This thinking reflects an awareness of continuous learning and skill enhancement.

इस रिपोर्ट में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस (एआई) की भूमिकामें बताया है. 39% को लगता है कि एआई कैरियर की प्रोग्रेस पर असर है. 43% व्यक्तियों ने कहा कि एआई में ठीक से प्रशिक्षण नहीं दिया गया, उन्होंने नियोक्ताओं द्वारा पर्याप्त ट्रनिंग न की बात कही.  

The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been explained in this report. 39% feel that AI is impacting career progress. 43% of individuals said they were not properly trained in AI, citing lack of adequate training by employers.

डिमांड :-रिपोर्ट में एआई से संबंधित कौशल पर गहराई से विचार है. अगले पांच साल में एआई की डिमांड ज्यादा होगी. साथ ज्यादा वेतन वाली नौकरियों की पेशकश करेगा. लगभग 43% को लगता है कि नई टेक्नोलॉजी से हर 6 महीने में अपस्किलिंग की जरूरत होगी. करीब 81% ने बताया कि नई टेक्नोलॉजी सीखने के लिए ऑनलाइन कोर्सेस का सहारा लिया. 

Demand:-The report takes an in-depth look at AI related skills. The demand for AI will be high in the next five years. Will also offer higher paying jobs. About 43% feel that new technology will require upskilling every 6 months. About 81% said that they took the help of online courses to learn new technology.
