नियम परिवर्तन दिसंबर 2023:आज से लागू हुए ये बदलाव. (Rule changes December 2023: These changes came into effect from today.)

गैस कीमतें : दिल्ली से लेकर मुंबई तक 19 किलोग्राम वाले कॉमर्शियल गैस सिलेंडर की कीमत 41 रुपये तक बढ़ा दी. पहले नवंबर में की पहली तारीख को दाम में इजाफा किया था लेकिन फिर छठ से पहले 16 नवंबर को कीमत में कटौती की गई. दिल्ली में 19 किलो का कॉमर्शियल एलपीजी सिलेंडर 1755.50 रुपये की जगह 1796.50 रुपये का होया है.

Gas Prices: From Delhi to Mumbai, the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder was increased by Rs 41. Earlier the price was increased on the 1st of November but then the price was reduced on 16th November before Chhath. In Delhi, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder is Rs 1796.50 instead of Rs 1755.50.

आईपीओ नियम : मार्केट रेग्युलेटर सेबी (सेबी) ने आईपीओ की लिस्टिंग डेडलाइन को मौजूदा 6 दिनों (टी+6) से घटा 3 दिन (टी+3) कर दिया है. नियम को 1 सितंबर से स्‍वैच्छिक तौर पर लागू था लेकिन 1 दिसंबर 2023 से सभी के लिए लागू किया है.

IPO Rules: Market regulator SEBI has reduced the listing deadline of IPO to 3 days (T+3) from the current 6 days (T+6). The rule was implemented voluntarily from September 1 but has been implemented for everyone from December 1, 2023.

बैंकों पर जुर्माना: भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने किसी ग्राहक द्वारा ऋृण का पूरा पेमेंट किए के बाद गारंटी के एवज में रखे गए डॉक्युमेंट्स को समय पर वापस ना की स्थिति में बैंकों पर जुर्माना का प्रावधान है. ये जुर्माना 5000 रुपये प्रति महीने तय किया है.

Penalty on banks: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has a provision of penalty on banks if the documents kept in lieu of guarantee are not returned on time by a customer after making full payment of the loan. This fine has been fixed at Rs 5000 per month.

सिम के लिए केवाईसी : 01 दिसंबर से सिम खरीदने के लिए नियम परिवर्तन हो गया है. कोई दुकानदार पूरी केवाईसी (केवाईसी) के बिना ग्राहक को सिम नहीं देगा. इस अलावा, बल्क सिम खरीदारी पर भी ब्रेक लगाया है.

KYC for SIM: The rules for purchasing SIM have changed from December 01. No shopkeeper will give SIM to the customer without complete KYC. Apart from this, brakes have also been imposed on bulk SIM purchases.

18 दिन बंद  बैंक: दिसंबर महीने में बैंक 18 दिनों के लिए बंद रहने हैं. आरबीआई कैलेंडर अनुसार, दिसंबर 2023 में अलग-अलग राज्यों में 11 दिन छुट्टियां रहने हैं. वहीं, 7 दिन रविवार और शनिवार के साप्ताहिक अवकाश होंगे.

Banks closed for 18 days: Banks are to remain closed for 18 days in the month of December. According to the RBI calendar, there will be 11 days of holidays in different states in December 2023. At the same time, there will be weekly holidays of 7 days on Sunday and Saturday.
