पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट के लिए पहले से ज्यादा रकम, नहीं बनवाने पर 10000 जुर्माना (More money than before for PUC certificate, 10000 fine for not getting it done)

दिल्ली ट्रांसपोर्ट डिपार्टमेंट पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट महंगा कर सकता है. दरअसल परिवहन विभाग ने पीयूसी प्रमाणपत्रों के शुल्क में बढ़ोतरी का प्रस्ताव दिया है. पेट्रोल, डीजल और सीएनजी पर्सनल कार, बाइक हों या कमर्शियल कार, अगर पॉल्यूशन सर्टिफिकेट नहीं होगा तो ऐसे वाहनों का 10 हजार रुपये का चालान कट सकता है. 

Delhi Transport Department may make PUC certificate expensive. In fact, the Transport Department has proposed to increase the fees for PUC certificates. Be it petrol, diesel and CNG personal car, bike or commercial car, if there is no pollution certificate then a challan of Rs 10,000 can be deducted for such vehicles.

शुल्क  :-दिल्ली सरकार के एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि प्रदूषण जांच दरों में आखिरी बार 2011 में वृद्धि की थी जबकि पीयूसी प्रमाणपत्र के बिना पकड़े गए वाहनों के लिए जुर्माना कई गुना बढ़ गया था. जानकारी अनुसार शुल्क में 80% की वृद्धि होगी. परिवहन मंत्री गहलोत ने कहा कि उन्होंने प्रस्ताव प्राप्त है और उसकी जांच कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने कहा, "यह विचाराधीन है."केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन नियम, 1989 के अनुसार, प्रत्येक वाहन को पंजीकरण की तिथि से एक वर्ष की समाप्ति के बाद एक वैध पीयूसी प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक है. चार पहिया बी एस-IV अनुरूप वाहनों के लिए वैधता एक वर्ष है और अन्य के लिए तीन महीने है.

Fees: A Delhi government official said pollution checking rates were last increased in 2011 while the fine for vehicles caught without PUC certificate had increased manifold. According to the information, the fee will increase by 80%. Transport Minister Gehlot said that he has received the proposal and is examining it. “It is under consideration,” he said. As per the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, every vehicle is required to have a valid PUC certificate after the expiry of one year from the date of registration.Validity for four-wheeler BS-IV compliant vehicles is one year and for others is three months.

रियल टाइम में सर्टिफिकेट :- दिल्ली में पीयूसी प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करना वास्तविक समय में किया है और इसे वाहन पंजीकरण डेटाबेस के साथ एकीकृत किया है. परिवहन विभाग के आंकड़ों से पता चलता है कि शहर में चलने वाले 85% से अधिक वाहन जो बिना पीयूसी प्रमाणपत्र के चल रहे हैं, वे दोपहिया वाहन हैं.

Certificate in Real Time:- Obtaining PUC Certificate in Delhi is done in real time and integrated with the vehicle registration database. Transport department data shows that more than 85% of the vehicles plying in the city without PUC certificates are two-wheelers.

वर्तमान में, दिल्ली में 97 लाख से अधिक पंजीकृत वाहन - 27.8 लाख कार और 69.8 लाख दोपहिया वाहन. लगभग 22 लाख वाहनों के पास पीयूसी प्रमाणपत्र नहीं हैं. अधिकारी ने कहा कि सख्त प्रवर्तन के बावजूद कई लोग जुर्माना नहीं देते हैं और सजा से बचते हैं. कहा, "अगला चरण लोगों को भुगतान सुनिश्चित के लिए सख्त नियम लागू करना है."

Currently, there are over 97 lakh registered vehicles in Delhi – 27.8 lakh cars and 69.8 lakh two-wheelers. About 22 lakh vehicles do not have PUC certificates. The officer said that despite strict enforcement, many people do not pay fines and escape punishment. Said, "The next step is to implement strict rules to ensure payment to the people."

सर्टिफिकेट जुर्माना  :-अगर पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट नहीं बनवाया है और गाड़ी की चेकिंग के दौरान एक्सपायर्ड पीयूसी मिलता है तो 10 हजार रुपये तक का चालान भरना पड़ सकता है. ऐसे में पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट अपडेट रखना पड़ेगा जिससे चालान से बचा जा सकता है.  

Certificate penalty:- If PUC certificate is not made and expired PUC is found during checking of the vehicle, then a challan of up to Rs 10,000 may have to be paid. In such a situation, PUC certificate will have to be updated so that challan can be avoided.
