भारत में गोल्ड की माइनिंग ज्यादा नहीं होती, लेकिन देश इसके खपत में टॉप लिस्ट में शुगर है. वर्ल्ड गोल्ड काउंसिल ने जनवरी 2023 में एक रिपोर्ट जारी है, जिसके मुताबिक ने साल 2021 में इंडिया ने 611 टन सोना खरीद, वहीं चीन ने इसी पीरियड में 673 टन गोल्ड पर्चेज था. इस  हिंदुस्तान दुनिया का दूसरा बड़ा गोल्ड कंज्यूमर है. शादी और पार्टीज से लेकर डेली लाइफ में सोने की जूलरी का इस्तेमाल किया है. दिवाली और धनतेरस पर सोने के गहने की अहमियत होती है. आइए चमकाने के तरीके जानते हैं.

आमतौर पर शादी के वक्त ज्यादा गोल्ड जूलरी बनवाई जाती है, लेकिन कई साल के इस्तेमाल के बाद मैल जमा होती है या फिर वक्त के साथ चमक फीकी होती है. फिर इससे पहनने में हिचकिचाहट होती है. अगर सोने के हार, कंगर, झुमके और अंगूठी में नए जैसी चमक लाना चाहती हैं, तो सुनार के पास जाने की जरूरत नहीं, घर में देसी जुगाड़ मौजूद है.

1. टूथपेस्‍ट :-टूथपेस्‍ट का इस्तेमाल दांतों को साफ के लिए करते होंगे, लेकिन यूज गहनों को क्लीन के लिए कर सकते है. एक कटोरी में टूथपेट और पानी की कुछ बूंदों को मिक्स कर पतला पेस्ट तैयार कर लें. अब मुलायम ब्रश से जूलरी को साफ करें और धो लें.

Toothpaste: Toothpaste may be used to clean teeth, but you can use it to clean jewellery. Prepare a thin paste by mixing toothpaste and a few drops of water in a bowl. Now clean the jewelery with a soft brush and wash it.

2. डिश सोप :-गोल्ड जूलरी को साफ के लिए एक कटोरे में गर्म पानी डालें और लिक्विड डिटर्जेंट मिक्स कर लें. मैले गहने को डुबोएं और कुछ देर के लिए छोड़ दें, फिर सॉफ्ट ब्रश से साफ कर लें. आखिर में साफ पानी से धोने के बाद नर्म कपड़ों से पोछ लें.

Dish Soap:- To clean gold jewellery, pour hot water in a bowl and mix liquid detergent. Dip the dirty jewelry and leave it for some time, then clean it with a soft brush. Finally, after washing with clean water, wipe with soft clothes.

3. सोडा और विनेगर :- एक कटोरी में बेकिंग सोडा और गर्म पानी को मिक्स कर लें. इस पेस्ट को मैले गहनों में अप्लाई करें. पहले व्हाइट विनेगर से धोएं फिर पानी से पूरी तरह क्लीन कर लें. जूलरी में नए जैसी चमकएगी.

Soda and Vinegar:- Mix baking soda and hot water in a bowl. Apply this paste on dirty jewellery. First wash with white vinegar and then clean completely with water. The jewelery will shine like new.

ख्याल :-सोने के गहने को साफ के लिए भूलकर भी ब्लीच का इस्तेमाल न करें, इससे जूलरी का रंग उतरता है. गोल्ड से बनी चीजों को अलग रखें. अगर ऐसा नहीं करें तो स्क्रैच पड़ने का खतरा पैदा हो जाता है.

Care: Do not use bleach to clean gold jewellery, it discolours the jewellery. Keep things made of gold separate. If this is not done then there is a risk of getting scratched.
