चीन में फैल नए वायरस से भारत में कितना खतरा, जानें ऐसे जवाब (How much danger is there in India due to the new virus spread in China, know the answers like this)

चीन में एक नया वायरस फिर चिंता पैदा कर रहा है. मीडिया रिपोट्स के मुताबिक उत्तरी चीन में बच्चों में निमोनिया जैसी बीमारी फैल रही है. इनसे उन्हें सांस लेने में दिक्कत हो रही है. हालांकि चीन के स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने रविवार को दावा किया कि चीन भर में सांस की बीमारियों में अचानक वृद्धि के पीछे कोई नया वायरस नहीं है। यह बयान विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्ल्यूएचओ) द्वारा देश में 'बच्चों में निमोनिया के क्लस्टर' की रिपोर्ट पर चिंता जताए जाने के बाद आया है.

A new virus is again causing concern in China. According to media reports, pneumonia-like disease is spreading among children in North China. Due to this he is having difficulty in breathing. However, China's Health Ministry claimed on Sunday that no new virus was behind the sudden increase in respiratory diseases across China. This statement comes after the World Health Organization (WHO) expressed concern over reports of 'cluster of pneumonia in children' in the country.

चीन में नए वायरस को देखते हुए स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने राज्यों को  वायरल बुखार और सांस से जुड़ी बीमारियों पर सतर्क रहने को कहा है. हालांकि यह सवाल है कि भारत को इस खतरे को कितनी गंभीरता से ले. यह याद में रखना चाहिए कि चार साल पहले चीन में एक नई बीमारी के लक्षण देखे गए जिसे बाद में दुनिया ने कोविड-19 में जाना.

In view of the new virus in China, the Health Ministry has asked the states to remain alert on viral fever and respiratory diseases. However, the question is how seriously India should take this threat. It should be remembered that four years ago, symptoms of a new disease were seen in China, which the world later came to know as Covid-19.

एक्सपर्ट्स के मुताबिक यह कोई नया वायरस नहीं है. चीन में एच9एन2 वायरस की वजह से इन्फ्लूएंजा है. फिलहाल वहां नियंत्रम में बताया है लेकिन इस मरीजों की संख्या तेजी से फैलती है. H9N2 वायरस पहली बार 1966 में अमेरिका में सामने था. तब ये वायरस जंगली टर्की पक्षी के झुंड में पाया था.  ये वायरस पॉल्ट्री फार्म में ज्यादा फैलता है. यह पक्षियों के साथ इंसानों को संक्रमित कर सकता है.

According to experts, this is not a new virus. In China, there is influenza caused by H9N2 virus. At present it is said that it is under control but the number of patients is increasing rapidly. The H9N2 virus first appeared in America in 1966. Then this virus was found in a flock of wild turkey birds. This virus spreads more in poultry farms. It can infect humans along with birds.

एच9एन2 वायरस की कई लहरें पहले आ चुकी हैं. दरअसल इस वायरस का रूप तेजी से बदलता है यही कारण है कि एक समय के बाद लोग चपेट में आते हैं. वायरस के रूप बदलने के दो तरीके हैं. एक तरीके को ड्रिफ्ट कहा है जिसमें वायरस में मामूली बदलाव हैं जबकि दूसरे को शिफ्ट कहते हैं कि जिसमें वायरस में अचानाक बदलाव आता है कि एक वायरस नया प्रोटीन बनता है. नया प्रोटीन होने से शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली अचानक नहीं लड़ पाती.

There have been several waves of H9N2 virus before. Actually, the form of this virus changes rapidly, which is why people become infected after a while. There are two ways in which the virus changes its form. One way is called drift in which there are minor changes in the virus while the other is called shift in which there is a sudden change in the virus such that a new protein is made in the virus. Due to the presence of new protein, the body's immune system is suddenly unable to fight.

इन्फ्लूएंजा आमतौर पर सर्दी के मौसम में फैलता है. चीन में इस समय सर्दी पड़ रही है. बच्चे चूंकि एक दूसरे के संपर्क में ज्यादा आते हैं इसलिए इस बीमारी के फैलने का खतरा रहता है. एच9एन2 को इंसानों के लिए कम खतरनाक है. इसके लक्षण हल्के हैं.  इंसानों के संक्रमित का पहला मामला 1998 में हॉन्गकॉन्ग में सामने था.

इस वायरस के भारत आने की संभावना है. इन्फ्लूएंजा समय समय पर दुनिया भर में फैल रहा है. भारत को अलर्ट की जरुरत है क्योंकि इस तरह के इन्फ्लूएंजा का पता देरी से लगता है. इस लिहाज से सावधानी बरतने की जरुरत है. इसलिए भारत सरकार ने इसे लेकर अलर्ट जारी है.

There is a possibility of this virus coming to India. Influenza is spreading around the world from time to time. India needs alert because this type of influenza is detected late. There is a need to be cautious in this regard. Therefore, the Government of India has issued an alert regarding this.
