सीएलएटी 2024 पेपर पैटर्न बदला, 3 दिसंबर को एग्जाम (CLAT 2024 paper pattern changed, exam on December 3)

देश में अंडर ग्रेजुएट और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट लॉ कोर्सेज के लिए कॉमन एंट्रेंस टेस्ट वाली बॉडी कंसोर्टियम ऑफ नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटीज ने सीएलएटी एग्जाम में बदलाव किए हैं। टेस्ट को फ्रेंडली और सरल के लिए सीएलएटी-यूजी के पेपर पैटर्न में बदलाव किए हैं। हालांकि, पीजी कोर्सेज में एडमिशन के लिए सीएलएटी-पीजी के सिलेबस और टेस्ट पैटर्न में कोई बदलाव नहीं हैं।

The Consortium of National Law Universities, the common entrance test body for undergraduate and postgraduate law courses in the country, has made changes in the CLAT exam. Changes have been made in the paper pattern of CLAT-UG to make the test friendly and simple. However, there are no changes in the syllabus and test pattern of CLAT-PG for admission to PG courses.

कंसोर्टियम ऑफ नेशनल लॉ यूनिवर्सिटीज 24 एनएलयू का एक ग्रुप है। इसकी स्थापना 2017 में देश में लीगल एजुकेशन को और बेहतर के लिए की गई। इन 24 एनएलयू के वाइस चांसलर्स कंसोर्टियम की गवर्निंग बॉडी के मेंबर हैं।

Consortium of National Law Universities is a group of 24 NLUs. It was established in 2017 to improve legal education in the country. The Vice Chancellors of these 24 NLUs are members of the governing body of the Consortium.

एग्जाम :-यूजी लॉ कोर्सेज में एडमिशन के लिए सीएलएटी एग्जाम इस साल 3 दिसंबर को होना है। एग्जाम के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन 3 नवंबर तक होंगे।

Exam:- CLAT exam for admission in UG Law courses is to be held on 3rd December this year. Registration for the exam will be till November 3.

टेस्ट में बदलाव :-क्वेश्चन पेपर में 150 की जगह 120 सवाल होंगे, 120 सवालों को हल के लिए दो घंटे का समय मिलेगा।

Change in test:- There will be 120 questions in the question paper instead of 150, two hours will be given to solve 120 questions.

हर सवाल के लिए 1 मार्क मिलेगा। हर गलत जवाब के लिए 0.25 मार्क कटेंगे, पांच सेक्शन से 120 सवाल पूछेगे- इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज, करेंट अफेयर्स और जीके, लीगल रीजनिंग, लॉजिकल रीजनिंग और क्वांटिटेटिव टेक्निक्स।

You will get 1 mark for each question. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer, 120 questions will be asked from five sections – English Language, Current Affairs and GK, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Techniques.

हर सेक्शन में बदलाव: एग्जाम के जरिए रीडिंग स्किल्स और कॉम्प्रीहेंशन यानी कॉन्सेप्ट को पढ़कर समझने की काबिलियत और लीगल एजुकेशन को समझने के लिए जरूरी एप्टीट्युड टेस्ट किया जाएगा।

Changes in every section: Through the exam, reading skills and comprehension i.e. ability to read and understand concepts and aptitude required to understand legal education will be tested.

1 - इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज सेक्शन इस सेक्शन में स्टूडेंट्स को इंग्लिश में 450 शब्दों के 2 पैसेज (पैराग्राफ्स) होंगे। ये पैसेज समकालीन या इतिहास से जुड़ी किसी घटना से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। ये पैसेज फिक्शन या नॉन-फिक्शन राइटिंग के फॉर्म में होंगे। इंग्लिश लैंग्वेज में 12वीं के लेवल के सवाल पूछेगे।

English Language Section: In this section students will have 2 passages (paragraphs) of 450 words each in English. These passages can be related to any contemporary or historical event. These passages will be in the form of fiction or non-fiction writing. Questions of 12th level will be asked in English language.

2 - करेंट अफेयर्स और जीके :-इस सेक्शन में न्यूज, नॉन-फिक्शन या जर्नलिस्टिक राइटिंग से जुड़े 450 शब्दों के पैसेज होंगे। पैसेज पढ़ लीगल नॉलेज से जुड़े सवाल हल करने होंगे। इस सेक्शन को सॉल्व के लिए पैसेज में के अलावा कोई सवाल बाहर से नहीं पूछाएगा।

Current Affairs and GK:-This section will have passages of 450 words related to news, non-fiction or journalistic writing. You will have to read the passage and solve questions related to legal knowledge. To solve this section, no question will be asked from outside except the one in the passage.

3 - लीगल रीजनिंग :-लीगल रीजनिंग सेक्शन में लीगल मैटर, पब्लिक पॉलिसी, फैक्च्युअल या काल्पनिक सिचुएशन, मोरल सिचुएशन से जुड़े सवाल होंगे।

Legal Reasoning:- In the Legal Reasoning section, there will be questions related to Legal Matter, Public Policy, Factual or Imaginary Situation, Moral Situation.

4 - लॉजिकल रीजनिंग :-इस सेक्शन के लिए 450 शब्दों के शॉर्ट पैसेज होंगे। इसमें सिचुएशन बेस्ड केस में एविडेंस पहचानने सवाल होंगे।

 Logical Reasoning:-There will be short passages of 450 words for this section. In this, there will be questions to identify evidence in situation based case.

5 - क्वांटिटेटिव टेक्निक्स :-इस सेक्शन में टेक्स्ट या नंबर्स से बेसिक मैथ्स से जुड़े सवाल सॉल्व होंगे।

Quantitative Techniques:-In this section, questions related to basic maths will be solved from text or numbers.
