चालान में चली जाएगी महीने की सैलरी! कार-बाइक मालिक ना करें गलतियां (The month's salary will go into the challan! Car-bike owners should not make mistakes)

सुचारू यातायात व्यवस्था के लिए यातायात नियम और पालन जरूरी है. भारत में यातायात को लेकर कई नियम हैं और नियमों का उल्लंघन वालों पर कार्रवाई है. कार्रवाई में चालान काटने के साथ-साथ जेल का प्रावधान है. हम कुछ नियमों की जानकारी देने वाले हैं, जिनका उल्लंघन पर भारी जुर्माना लगता है, साथ जेल भी होती है.

Traffic rules and observance are necessary for smooth traffic system. There are many rules regarding traffic in India and action is taken against those who violate the rules. There is a provision for issuing challan as well as jail in this action. We are going to give information about some rules, violation of which attracts heavy fines and also jail.

नशे में ड्राइविंग :-पहली बार नशे में ड्राइविंग करते पकड़े गए तो 10,000 रुपये का चालान और/या 6 महीने की जेल होती है. अगर दोबारा नशे में ड्राइविंग पकड़े गए तो 15,000 रुपये का चालान और/या 2 साल की जेल हो सकती है. नशे में ड्राइविंग ना करें. इससे जान का खतरा रहता है.

Drunk Driving:- If caught driving drunk for the first time, there is a challan of Rs 10,000 and/or 6 months in jail. If caught driving under the influence again, there can be a challan of Rs 15,000 and/or 2 years in jail. Don't drive while intoxicated. There is a danger to life due to this.

लाइसेंस और बीमा :-बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के वाहन चलाना भारी पढ़ता है क्योंकि ऐसा 5,000 रुपये का चालान कटता है. वहीं, बिना बीमा कराए वाहन चलाने पर 2,000 रुपये का चालान और/या 3 महीने की जेल, कम्यूनिटी सर्विस का प्रावधान है. दोबारा ऐसा पर 4,000 रुपये का चालान कट सकता है.

License and Insurance:- Driving a vehicle without a driving license is a serious matter as a fine of Rs 5,000 is deducted for such a thing. At the same time, for driving without insurance, there is a provision of a challan of Rs 2,000 and/or 3 months jail and community service. Again, a challan of Rs 4,000 can be deducted for this.

सिग्नल जंपिंग और हेलमेट :- सिग्नल जंपिंग के लिए 1,000 रुपये से 5,000 रुपये तक का चालान कटता है. लाइसेंस जब्त हो सकती है. इतना नहीं, इस लिए 6 महीने से 1 साल तक की जेल हो सकती है. बिना हेलमेट के बाइक या स्कूटर चलाने पर 1,000 रुपये के चालान का प्रावधान है.

Signal jumping and helmet:- A challan of Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,000 is issued for signal jumping. License may be confiscated. Not only this, for this there can be a jail term of 6 months to 1 year. There is a provision of a challan of Rs 1,000 for riding a bike or scooter without a helmet.

जुवेनाइल ड्राइविंग :-नाबालिग के ड्राइविंग पकड़ने पर अभिभावक/वाहन मालिक को दोषी माना है और इस लिए 25,000 का जुर्माना लगता है. इसके साथ ही, 3 साल की जेल का प्रावधान है.

Juvenile Driving:- If a minor is caught driving, the guardian/vehicle owner is considered guilty and a fine of Rs 25,000 is imposed. Along with this, there is a provision of 3 years of jail.
