यूनिवर्सिटी को बतानी होगी सेल जैसी हर जानकारी; जारी की 50 प्‍वाइंट्स लिस्‍ट (The university will have to disclose every information like cell; 50 points list released)

यूजीसी ने देश की यूनिवर्सिटीज़ को निर्देश दिया है कि वे स्‍टूडेंट्स के लिए हर जानकारी पोर्टल पर अपलोड करेंगी। आयोग ने इस लिए 50 प्‍वाइंट्स की लिस्‍ट जारी है। इसमें एडमिनिस्‍ट्रेशन और फैकल्‍टी की फोटो के साथ लिस्‍ट शामिल है। पूरे एकेडमिक सेशन, फीस, हॉस्‍टल और स्‍कॉलरशिप की जानकारी यूनिवर्सिटीज़ को वेबसाइट पर देनी होगी।

UGC has instructed the universities of the country to upload every information for the students on the portal. The Commission has released a list of 50 points for this. It includes a list with photos of administration and faculty. Universities will have to provide information about the entire academic session, fees, hostel and scholarship on their website.

यूनिवर्सिटी चुनना स्‍टूडेंट्स के लिए आसान होगा। यूनिवर्सिटी में किन सब्‍जेक्‍ट्स पर रिसर्च हो रही है, किन रिसर्च का पेटेंट है, कैंपस में क्‍या सुविधाएं हैं, कोर्स की फीस समेत कई जानकारियां स्‍टूडेंट्स को यूनिवर्सिटी की वेबसाइट पर मिल जाएंगी।

It will be easy for students to choose a university. Students will get a lot of information on which subjects are being researched in the university, which research patents are there, what are the facilities in the campus, course fees etc. on the university's website.

हर यूनिवर्सिटी को समान अवसर सेल की जानकारी शेयर करनी होगी, जो धार्मिक/जातीय रुप से पिछड़े स्‍टूडेंट्स, टीचर्स और नॉन-फैकल्‍टी मेंबर्स की शिकायतों को एड्रेस करता है। एडमिशन या बाद परेशानियों को ऑनलाइन रजिस्‍टर के लिए जारी ई-समाधान पोर्टल की इंफॉर्मेशन भी यूनिवर्सिटी को शेयर करनी होंगी।

Every university will have to share information about the Equal Opportunities Cell, which addresses the grievances of religiously/ethnically backward students, teachers and non-faculty members. The University will also have to share the information of the e-Samadhan portal released for online registration of problems during admission or after.

देशभर में कई यूनिवर्सिटीज हायर एजुकेशन डिपार्टमेंट के तय कैलेंडर से सेशन आयोजित नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। गाइडलाइंस अनुसार, यूनिवर्सिटी सेशन की डिटेल पहले वेबसाइट पर शेयर करेंगी और सख्‍ती से पालन करेंगी।

Many universities across the country are not able to organize sessions as per the calendar fixed by the Higher Education Department. As per the guidelines, the university will share the details of the session first on the website and will follow it strictly.

यूनिवर्सिटीज फेलोशिप और प्‍लेसमेंट के लिए कंपनियों के साथ एमओयू तो साइन करते हैं, मगर आगे चलकर क्‍या हुआ ये पता नहीं चल पाता है। यूनिवर्सिटीज को अपडेट वेबसाइट पर रखना होगा। साथ एलुमनी एसोशिएशन की जानकारी साझा होगी। शिक्षा विभाग का कहना है कि पारदर्शिता बढ़ने से यूनिवर्सिटीज भी समय से क्‍लासेज़ और एग्‍जाम के लिए प्रेरित होंगे।

Universities sign MOUs with companies for fellowship and placement, but what happens later is not known. Universities will have to keep the updates on the website. Information about Alumni Association will also be shared. The Education Department says that with increased transparency, universities will also be motivated to conduct classes and exams on time.
