भारत में चिकनपॉक्स का नया वेरिएंट, बच्चों को बना रहा निशाना, करें बचाव (New variant of chickenpox in India, targeting children, take protection)

चिकनपॉक्स बच्चों के लिए खतराक है इससे शायद हर वाकिफ होगा, लेकिन चिंता बढ़ाने वाली खबरें सामने है. हाल चिकनपॉक्स के एक नए वेरिएंट सामने है, जो तेजी से बच्चों को शिकार बना रहा है. इस वेरिएंट का नाम क्लैड 9 है. इसका इंफेक्शन नॉर्मल चिकनपॉक्स से खतरनाक है. जानते हैं कि इस बीमारी के क्या लक्षण हैं और इससे कैसे बचाता है.

Recently, a new variant of chickenpox has emerged, which is increasingly making children its victims. The name of this variant is Clad 9. Its infection is more dangerous than normal chickenpox. ये बीमारी वैरिसेला जोस्टर वायरस के जरिए फैलती है. नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वायरोलॉजी यानी एनआईवी के साइंटिस्ट्स ने इस वायरस का पता लगाया है, इससे चिंता बढ़ गई है क्योंकि भारत की आबादी ज्यादा है और इससे ये बीमारी यहां तेजी से फैलती है. दिक्कत ये है कि क्लैड 9 वेरिएंट का कोई पुख्ता इलाज नहीं है. 

This disease spreads through Varicella Zoster virus. Scientists of National Institute of Virology i.e. NIV have detected this virus, this has increased the concern because India has a large population and due to this this disease spreads rapidly here. The problem is that there is no effective treatment for the Clade 9 variant.

लक्षण (Symptoms)

किसी को चिकनपॉक्स क्लैड 9 हो जाए तो उसे बुखार आता है, स्किन पर दाने निकलते है, खुजली वाले छाले हो जाते हैं, गले में खराश, खांसी, सिरदर्द और बेचैनी की शिकायत है. पानी वाले दाने चेहरे, पीठ और छाती पर निकलते हैं शरीर हिस्सों में भी फैल जाते हैं. कई बार बच्चों को स्किन इन्फेक्शन, एन्सेफलाइटिस और निमोनिया होता है.

If someone gets chickenpox clade 9, he gets fever, rashes on the skin, itchy blisters, sore throat, cough, headache and restlessness. Watery rashes appear on the face, back and chest and also spread to other parts of the body. Many times children suffer from skin infection, encephalitis and pneumonia.

बच्चों के लिए ये बीमारी खतरनाक है, अगर सुरक्षा की फिक्र है तो लाडलों को चिकनपॉक्स क्लैड 9 के मरीजों से दूर रहें. ये वायरस खांसने और छींकने से भी फैलता है, इसलिए पब्लिक प्लेस पर मांस्क पहनें और पहनाएं. बार-बार हाथ धोएं, किसी पेशेंट का सामान, तौलिया या बेड यूज न करें.

This disease is dangerous for children, if you are concerned about their safety, then keep your children away from patients of chickenpox clade 9. This virus also spreads through coughing and sneezing, so wear a mask in public places. Wash hands frequently, do not use any patient's belongings, towel or bed.

आप या आपके बच्चे को चिकनपॉक्स क्लैड 9 के लक्षण नजर आने लगें तो पहले सेहतमंद लोगों से दूर रहें, ताकि ये वायरस किसी और को न फैले. मरीज को फुल बेड रेस्ट पर रखें. स्किन पर नजर आने वाले दानों को खुजलाने से बचें. जरूरी है कि आप जल्द से जल्द डॉक्टर से संपर्क करें और इलाज कराएं.

If you or your child starts showing symptoms of chickenpox clade 9, then first stay away from healthy people, so that this virus does not spread to anyone else. Keep the patient on full bed rest. Avoid scratching the pimples visible on the skin. It is important that you contact a doctor as soon as possible and get treatment.
