Hi-Green Carbon is engaged in the business of recycling waste tyres. Its manufacturing plant operates on a continuous pyrolysis process. It has an uninterrupted working method with continuous feeding and discharging system controlled by program logic controller system. This process is completely automated and does not require any human intervention. After continuous pyrolysis, it is processed into end-of-life tire (ELT) shreds to produce energy components and raw materials.Its major products are Recovered Carbon Black (RCB) and Steel Wire under the Raw Materials category, Fuel Oil and Synthesis Gas under the Energy Components category.

हाई-ग्रीन कार्बन का विनिर्माण संयंत्र राजस्थान में स्थित है। संयंत्र निरंतर पायरोलिसिस प्रक्रिया पर है। यह प्रोग्राम लॉजिक कंट्रोलर सिस्टम द्वारा नियंत्रित निरंतर फीडिंग और डिस्चार्जिंग प्रणाली के साथ एक निर्बाध कार्य पद्धति है। यह स्वचालित प्रक्रिया है और इसमें किसी मानवीय हस्तक्षेप की आवश्यकता नहीं है। यह प्लांट प्रतिदिन 100 मीट्रिक टन बेकार टायरों को रिसाइकिल की क्षमता के साथ स्थापित है।
