नए नियम के स्वरूप, सिम कार्ड खरीदने वाली दुकानों को सतर्क होगा. दुकान पर काम करने वाले लोगों को सिम कार्ड खरीदने वाले को बैकग्राउंड चेक होगा. वे ऐसा नहीं करते हैं, तो प्रत्येक दुकान के लिए 10 लाख रुपये तक का जुर्माना लग सकता है.

Due to the new rules, shops purchasing SIM cards will be alert. People working at shops who buy SIM cards will have to undergo a background check. If they do not do this, a fine of up to Rs 10 lakh can be imposed for each shop.

दूरसंचार विभाग ने घोषित किया है कि फर्जी तरीके से सिम कार्ड की बिक्री पर रोक के लिए नए नियम 1 अक्टूबर से प्रभावी होंगे. सिम कार्ड कंपनियों को सभी सेल सेंटर्स का रजिस्ट्रेशन 30 सितंबर से पहले करवाना होगा. नियमों अनुसार, बड़ी टेलीकॉम कंपनियों को सिम कार्ड बेचने वाली दुकानों की निगरानी होगी. यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि ये दुकानें नियमों का पूरा पालन हैं ताकि कंज्यूमर्स की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके.

The Department of Telecommunications has announced that new rules to stop the sale of fraudulent SIM cards will come into effect from October 1. SIM card companies will have to get all the cell centers registered before September 30. According to the rules, shops selling SIM cards to big telecom companies will be monitored. It will be ensured that these shops completely follow the rules so that the safety of consumers can be ensured.

दूरसंचार विभाग ने तय है कि कुछ क्षेत्रों, जैसे कि असम, कश्मीर, और उत्तर पूर्व में टेलीकॉम ऑपरेटर्स को सिम कार्ड बेचने वाली दुकानों के पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन होगा. उन्हें वहां नए सिम कार्ड बेचने की अनुमति दी जा सकेगी.

The Department of Telecom has decided that there will be police verification of shops selling SIM cards to telecom operators in some areas, such as Assam, Kashmir, and the North East. They will be allowed to sell new SIM cards there.

This is to ensure that the SIM is received by the person whose SIM has been lost or damaged. The purpose of the new rules is to help secure SIM cards and prevent fraudsters from accessing the phone.
