इस पोर्टल से, खोए या चोरी हुए मोबाइल फोन को ट्रैक में मदद प्राप्त कर सकते हैं. यह पोर्टल सिम कार्ड नंबर तक पहुंचने की सुविधा है और मालिक की आईडी के जरिए सिम का दुरुपयोग पाया है, तो उसे ब्लॉक का विकल्प उपलब्ध है.

From this portal, one can get help in tracking lost or stolen mobile phone. This portal has the facility to access the SIM card number and if misuse of the SIM is found through the owner's ID, the option to block it is available.

• सीआईईआर पोर्टल पर जाएं: cier.gov.in/www.tafcop.sancharsathi.gov.in.

Visit CIER Portal:cier.gov.in/ www.tafcop.sancharsathi.gov.in.

• 'मोबाइल कनेक्शन जानें (टैफकॉप)' पर क्लिक करें.

Click on 'Know Mobile Connection (Tafcop)'.

• मोबाइल नंबर डालें और ओटीपी से वेरिफाई करें; फिर फोन का IMEI नंबर डालें.

Enter mobile number and verify with OTP; Then enter the IMEI number of the phone.

• आपके नाम पर जारी कनेक्शनों की संख्या दिखाएगी; अपने नाम पर जारी अज्ञात नंबर की रिपोर्ट कर सकते हैं.

Shows the number of connections issued in your name; You can report unknown numbers issued in your name.

आईएमईआई के साथ रजिस्टर स्टेप्स -

(Register with IMEI Steps)  -

• www.tafcop.sancharsathi.gov.in पर जाएं.

Visit www.tafcop.sancharsathi.gov.in.

• वेब पोर्टल पर 'मोबाइल अनुभाग को जानें' क्लिक करें.

Click 'Know the Mobile Section' on the web portal.

• मोबाइल नंबर डालें और ओटीपी से वेरिफाई करें; फोन का आईएमईआई नंबर डालें.

Enter mobile number and verify with OTP; Enter the IMEI number of the phone.

• फोन में विवरण दिखाएगा.

 Will show the details in the phone.

मोबाइल चोरी/गुम की शिकायत के लिए स्टेप्स 

(Steps for complaint of mobile stolen/lost) 

• www.tafcop.sancharsaath.gov.in पर जाएं.

Visit www.tafcop.sancharsaath.gov.in.

• 'चोरी/गुम हुए मोबाइल को ब्लॉक करें' पर क्लिक करें.

Click on 'Block Stolen/Lost Mobile'.

• सभी विवरण भरें और सबमिट पर क्लिक करें.

 Fill all the details and click on submit.

• फ़ोन को ब्लॉक का अनुरोध स्वीकार कर जाएगा और डिवाइस 24 घंटों के भीतर ब्लॉक कर दिया जाएगा.

The phone will accept the block request and the device will be blocked within 24 hours.
