इन वजहों से बच्चों को भी होता है हार्ट अटैक, जान लें कारण और उपाय (Due to these reasons children also get heart attack, know the reasons and remedies)

कोरोना महामारी के बाद से हार्ट अटैक के मामले बढ़ गए हैं. केवल बड़े-बुजुर्ग ही नहीं बल्कि छोटी उम्र के बच्चे भी इस दिक्कत के शिकार हैं. यह खतरा तब आता है, जब हार्ट शरीर के बाकी अंगों के सही ढंग से ब्लड सप्लाई करना बंद करता है. ऐसी स्थिति को कार्डियेक अरेस्ट कहा है, जिसमें तुरंत मौत होती है. बच्चों के साथ स्थिति कभी नहीं आए, इसलिए जान लें, जिन चलते तरह की दिक्कत आती है.

बच्चों में कार्डियेक अरेस्ट की वजहें (Causes)

अचानक चोट :- कई बार बच्चों को छाती में चोट लगने से हार्ट पर असर पड़ता है, जिससे शरीर ब्लड सप्लाई रुक जाती है. इसके चलते उसे कार्डियेक अरेस्ट आता है. वहीं कई बार सोते समय नवजात शिशु की मौत होती है. इस वजह सोते समय उसका करवट बदलना और सांस बंद होता है. 

Sudden injury :- Many times the heart gets affected due to chest injury in children, due to which the blood supply to the body stops. Due to this he gets cardiac arrest. At the same time, many times a newborn baby dies while sleeping. Because of this, he changes his side while sleeping and stops breathing.

हार्ट प्रेशर :- हेल्थ एक्सपर्टों के मुताबिक अगर नवजात शिशु को जन्म से ही ब्रोंकाइटिस या निमोनिया जैसी बीमारियों  का खतरा हो तो उसे पैरंट्स को सजग होए. ऐसी में बच्चें में इंफेक्शन बढ़ से हार्ट पर प्रेशर आता है. जिससे कार्डियेक अरेस्ट होता है. 

Heart pressure: - According to health experts, if the newborn baby is at risk of diseases like bronchitis or pneumonia since birth, then the parents should be aware of it. In this situation, due to increased infection in children, there is pressure on the heart. Due to which cardiac arrest occurs.

जन्मजात वजह :-कुछ बच्चों में जन्म से हार्ट में कुछ कमियां हैं. ऐसे बच्चों को सांस से बीमारियां हैं.  कंजेनाइटल हार्ट डिफेक्‍ट हैं. हार्ट में रुकावट से वह सही ढंग से ब्लड सप्लाई नहीं करता, जिससे हार्ट अटैक या कार्डियेक अरेस्ट का खतरा बढ़ता है. 

Congenital reason :- Some children have some deficiencies in the heart since birth. Such children have respiratory diseases. There are congenital heart defects. Due to obstruction in the heart, it does not supply blood properly, which increases the risk of heart attack or cardiac arrest.

हार्ट अटैक में क्या करें :- बच्चों को सांस लेने में कोई दिक्कत है तो पहले उसे जमीन पर सीधे लिटाकर दोनों हथेलियों को छाती पर रखकर सीपीआर दें. साथ ही एंबुलेंस को कॉल कर जल्द से जल्द अस्पताल पहुंचाने की कोशिश करें. साथ चिल्लाकर बच्चे से बात की कोशिश करें. वक्त पर किए काम बच्चे को मौत के मुंह में जाने से बचाते हैं. 

What to do in heart attack :- If children have any problem in breathing, first give CPR by keeping both the palms on the chest by keeping them straight on the ground. Also, call an ambulance and try to reach the hospital as soon as possible. Try talking to the child by shouting along. Timely actions save the child from going to death.
