पुलिस वाहन की चाबी निकाल सकती है या नहीं? जान लें अधिकार (Can the police take out the key of the vehicle or not? know the rights)

1)- कार्रवाई करने के लिए ट्रैफिक पुलिस यूनिफॉर्म में हो. अगर वर्दी में नहीं हो तो पहचान पत्र दिखाने के लिए कहें. मौके पर पुलिसकर्मी 'आईडी कार्ड' दिखाने से मना करे तो अधिकार है कि अपने दस्तावेज भी दिखाने से मना करते हैं.

3)- चालान काटने के लिए ट्रैफिक पुलिस के पास चालान बुक या ई-चालान मशीन जरूरी है. कुछ भी न होने की स्थिति में पुलिस चालान नहीं काटती है. पुलिस को चालान की रसीद देगी.

To cut the challan, the challan book or e-challan machine is necessary with the traffic police. In the event of nothing happening, the police does not deduct the challan. Will give the receipt of the challan to the police.

5)- अगर ट्रैफिक पुलिस किसी दस्तावेज़ को जब्त करती है तो रसीद देगी. बिना रसीद के कोई भी डॉक्यूमेंट जब्त नहीं किया जा सकता है.

6)- बिना अनुमति के पुलिस वाहन की चाबी नहीं निकाल या छीनती है. ऐसे कई मामले हैं जहां पुलिस वाहन चालक के हाथों से या वाहन से चाबी निकालती है, जिसका उन्हें अधिकार नहीं (कुछ स्थिति के अलावा) है.
