ओला इलेक्ट्रिक देगी तोहफा, खरीदारों को लौटाएगी चार्जर पैसा (Ola Electric will give a gift, will return the charger money to the buyers)

ओला इलेक्ट्रिक ने इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर खरीदारों को चार्जर की कीमत वापस का ऐलान है. कंपनी ने ट्विटर पर बयान जारी कर कहा कि इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन उद्योग ने कुछ सालों में अभूतपूर्व सफलता दर्ज है. ‘‘उद्योग की अग्रणी फर्म के रूप में हम ग्राहकों को पहले रखते हैं. अन्य बातों को अलग रखते हुए सभी पात्र को चार्जर का पैसा लौटाने का फैसला है.’’

यह कदम न केवल ईवी क्रांति के प्रति कंपनी की प्रतिबद्धता को प्रदर्शित है बल्कि भरोसा मजबूत होगा.  वह कितनी राशि लौटाएगी. पहले की कुछ मीडिया रिपोर्ट में सरकारी अधिकारियों का हवाला देते कहा था कि यह राशि (कुल) लगभग 130 करोड़ रुपये का अनुमान है.

In March, Ola Electric had announced that there is an option to replace the front fork arm of the Ola S1 scooter for free. Many had complaints about problems with the front fork arm of the scooter, which were reaching out to the company.

कंपनी ने एस1 को स्कूटर की फ्रंट फोर्क आर्म बदलवाने का ऑप्शन था. कंपनी ने एस1 के फ्रंट फोर्क आर्म की सेफ्टी की चिंताओं को 'निराधार' था साथ ही स्कूटर में नए फ्रंट फोर्क अपग्रेड का ऑप्शन था. 

The company had given the option of replacing the front fork arm of the scooter with the S1. The company termed the safety concerns of the front fork arm of the S1 as 'unfounded' and the scooter had the option of a new front fork upgrade.

ओला इलेक्ट्रिक के अनुसार, यह कदम (रिकॉल) स्कूटर को ज्यादा टिकाऊ और ज्यादा मजबूत के लिए "निरंतर इंजीनियरिंग तथा डिजाइन सुधार प्रक्रिया" का हिस्सा था.

According to Ola Electric, this step (recall) was part of the "continuous engineering and design improvement process" to make the scooter more durable and more robust.
