 ई-सिम कार्ड एक डिजिटल सिम कार्ड है जो कि फिजिकल सिम कार्ड की तरह फोन में इस्तेमाल है. इसे वर्चुअल सिम कार्ड कहा है। एक डिजिटल फाइल की तरह स्टोर किया है और उपयोगकर्ता को इसे फोन में डाउनलोड करता है. इसे स्मार्टफोन या टैबलेट में इस्तेमाल किया है जिससे उपयोगकर्ता को कई लाभ हैं.

E-SIM card is a digital SIM card which is used in the phone like a physical SIM card. This is called virtual sim card. Stored as a digital file and the user downloads it to the phone. It is used in a smartphone or tablet, which has many benefits for the user.

एक ई-सिम कार्ड को एक नेटवर्क ऑपरेटर से खरीदता है जो फिजिकल सिम कार्ड की तरह सेवाएं प्रदान है. उपयोगकर्ता अपने स्मार्टफोन में ई-सिम कार्ड को सेटअप है और इसे उपयोग करते हुए फोन कॉल, टेक्स्ट मैसेज और इंटरनेट सर्विसेज जैसी सेवाओं का इस्तेमाल है. एक लाभ ई-सिम कार्ड का यह है कि उपयोगकर्ता स्मार्टफोन में एक से अधिक सिम कार्ड इस्तेमाल हैं जिससे वे अलग-अलग नेटवर्क ऑपरेटर की सेवाओं का इस्तेमाल हैं. 

One buys the e-SIM card from a network operator which provides the same services as a physical SIM card. The user sets up the e-SIM card in his smartphone and uses it to access services such as phone calls, text messages and internet services. One advantage of e-SIM cards is that users can use more than one SIM card in a smartphone, so that they can use the services of different network operators.

ई-सिम कार्ड को खरीदने के लिए उपयोगकर्ता देश या क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध नेटवर्क ऑपरेटरों के पास होगा. उपयोगकर्ताओं को वेबसाइट, एप्लिकेशन या फिजिकल स्टोर के माध्यम से ई-सिम कार्ड खरीदने के लिए विकल्प हैं.

To purchase the e-SIM card, the user will have to go to the network operators available in the country or region. Users have options to buy e-SIM card through website, application or physical store.

भारत में ई-सिम कार्ड उपलब्ध नहीं हैं. भारतीय टेलीकॉम इंडस्ट्री जल्द ई-सिम कार्ड को लागू करने के लिए काम है. यह उपयोगकर्ताओं को एक से अधिक सिम कार्ड के साथ एक ही फोन में सेवाओं का इस्तेमाल की सुविधा देगा. अन्य देशों में ई-सिम कार्ड का इस्तेमाल है जैसे अमेरिका, कनाडा, यूरोपीय संघ, जापान, सिंगापुर और ऑस्ट्रेलिया आदि.

E-SIM cards are not available in India. Indian telecom industry is working to implement e-SIM card soon. This will allow users with multiple SIM cards to use the services in a single phone. E-SIM cards are used in other countries such as America, Canada, European Union, Japan, Singapore and Australia etc.

ई-सिम कार्ड की कीमत विभिन्न देशों और ऑपरेटरों के अनुसार भिन्न है। इस लिए वेबसाइटों या एप्लिकेशन से समान्य रूप से उपलब्ध कीमत तय है. आमतौर पर, ई-सिम कार्ड सामान्य सिम कार्ड से कुछ हद तक सस्ते हैं क्योंकि इसमें फिजिकल सिम कार्ड नहीं है और फोन में सीधे एक ऐप द्वारा इंस्टॉल किया है. इससे भी अधिक महत्वपूर्ण होता है कि उपयोगकर्ता एक से अधिक सिम कार्ड के साथ एक ही फोन में उपयोग कर सकते हैं जो एक सामान्य सिम कार्ड के लिए संभव नहीं होता है. इसलिए, ई-सिम कार्ड की कीमत द्वारा प्रदान की सुविधाओं के आधार पर अनुमानित है.

The cost of e-SIM card varies according to different countries and operators. Therefore the price normally available from websites or applications is fixed. Generally, e-SIM cards are somewhat cheaper than normal SIM cards as it does not have a physical SIM card and is installed directly in the phone by an app. More importantly, users can use more than one SIM card in a single phone which is not possible with a single SIM card.

ई-सिम कार्ड एक निश्चित फोन या उपकरण में संग्रहित है, जिसे फोन चोरी हो जाने पर खो जाने का खतरा है। ई-सिम कार्ड का बैकअप बनाते हैं, तो फिर डेटा को दूसरे फोन या उपकरण में स्थानांतरित कर सकते हैं और उसे फिर से एक्टिवेट कर सकते हैं.

The e-SIM card is stored in a fixed phone or device, which is at risk of being lost if the phone is stolen. Back up the e-SIM card, then transfer the data to another phone or device and activate it again.

इसलिए, अगर मोबाइल चोरी होता है, तो ई-सिम कार्ड का बैकअप बना ले ताकि डेटा को दूसरे फोन या उपकरण में स्थानांतरित कर सकें और फिर से एक्टिवेट कर सकें. इसके लिए ई-सिम कार्ड प्रदाता से संपर्क कर सकते हैं और ई-सिम कार्ड के बैकअप के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करते हैं.

So, in case the mobile is stolen, make a backup of the e-SIM card to transfer the data to another phone or device and activate it again. For this, you can contact the E-SIM card provider and get information about the backup of the E-SIM card.
