वाहन चालकों के लिए खबर! 1 अप्रैल से बदल नियम, कट 10 हजार चालान (News for drivers! Rules changed from April 1, cut 10 thousand challans)

1 अप्रैल से नए वित्त वर्ष की शुरुआत है, साथ नए नियम लागू हैं. 1 अप्रैल से वाहनों और ट्रैफिक नियमों से जुड़े कई बदलाव लागू हैं. नया वाहन खरीदने की योजना हैं या कोई पुराना वाहन चला रहे हैं तो इन बदलावों की जानकारी है. कार की कीमतो में तो बढ़ोतरी है, साथ ही ट्रैफिक नियमों में सख्ती है. 

April 1 is the beginning of the new financial year, along with new rules are applicable. Many changes related to vehicles and traffic rules are in force from 1 April. If you are planning to buy a new vehicle or are driving an old vehicle then you are aware of these changes. There is an increase in the prices of the cars, as well as there is strictness in the traffic rules.

लागू (Apply)

1 अप्रैल से सामान्य मुद्रास्फीति के दबाव और आरडीई मानदंडों के कारण मारुति सुजुकी, होंडा कार, मर्सिडीज-बेंज, टाटा मोटर्स समेत कई कार कंपनियों की कार खरीदना अधिक महंगा होगा. इंजन और कच्चे माल में बदलाव के चलते कुछ दोपहिया मॉडल महंगे होगे. हीरो मोटोकॉर्प पहले ही इसमें ऐलान कर चुकी है. 

From April 1, due to general inflationary pressure and RDE norms, buying cars from many car companies including Maruti Suzuki, Honda Cars, Mercedes-Benz, Tata Motors will be more expensive. Some two-wheeler models will be costlier due to the change in engine and raw material. Hero MotoCorp has already announced this.

ट्रैफिक नियमों में बदलाव होंगे. दिल्ली-एनसीआर में ट्रैफिक नियम पर जुर्माना सीधे खाते से कटेगा. दिल्ली में निजी बसों और माल वाहकों के लिए सख्त लेन नियम लागू होंगे और उल्लंघन वालों पर भारी जुर्माना लगाएगा. कुछ नियमों का उल्लंघन पर 10,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना या 6 महीने तक की कैद होती है. नियम तोड़ने वालों पर मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट 1988 की धारा 192-ए के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी. 

There will be changes in traffic rules. Fines on traffic rules in Delhi-NCR will be deducted directly from the account. Strict lane rules will be applicable for private buses and goods carriers in Delhi and violators will be fined heavily. Violation of certain rules attracts a fine of up to Rs 10,000 or imprisonment of up to 6 months. Action will be taken against those who break the rules under Section 192-A of the Motor Vehicle Act 1988.
