बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस दौड़ाएं कार-बाइक-स्कूटर, नहीं कटे चालान ! एक काम कर लें (Drive car-bike-scooter without driving license, no challan! do a thing)

बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के मोटर वाहन चलाना यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन है. मौजूदा यातायात नियमों के अनुसार, सिर्फ वही मोटर वाहन चलाते हैं, जिनके पास ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस है. अगर कोई बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के मोटर वाहन चलाता है तो यातायात पुलिस चालान काटती है. लेकिन, है कि लोगों का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होता तो है लेकिन वह उसे वाहन के साथ यात्रा पर निकलते समय साथ लाना भूलते हैं. ऐसे में पुलिस रोके और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस दिखाने के लिए कहे तो क्या होगा? 

Driving a motor vehicle without a driving license is a violation of traffic rules. According to the existing traffic rules, only those who have a driving license can drive a motor vehicle. If someone drives a motor vehicle without a driving license, the traffic police issues a challan. But, it is true that people have a driving license but they forget to bring it with them while going on a journey with the vehicle. In such a situation, what will happen if the police stop and ask to show the driving license?

ऐसी में जब आप पुलिस को ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस नहीं दिखाते हैं और लाइसेंस के घर पर होने की बात कहते हैं तो आमतौर पर पुलिस यह मानती है कि आप चालान से बचने के लिए बहाना हैं जबकि  ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस नहीं है. लेकिन, आप इस परेशानी से बच सकते हैं. बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के ड्राइव पर 5 हजार रुपये तक का चालान है. 

In such a situation, when you do not show the driving license to the police and say that the license is at home, then usually the police believe that you are an excuse to avoid the challan, whereas the driving license is not there. But, you can avoid this trouble. There is a challan of up to 5 thousand rupees for driving without a driving license.

ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस को अपने साथ रखना भूलते हैं तो आराम से अपने घर पर रख दें. लेकिन, ऐसा के लिए ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की सॉफ्ट कॉपी डिजिलॉकर मोबाइल ऐप में रखी होगी, जो एक सरकारी ऐप है. सरकार द्वारा डिजिटल इंडिया पर फोकस करते हुए इस ऐप को तैयार था. 

If you forget to keep the driving license with you, then keep it comfortably at your home. But, for this, the soft copy of the driving license will have to be kept in the DigiLocker mobile app, which is a government app. This app was prepared by the government focusing on Digital India.

डिजिलॉकर उद्देश्य है कि भारतीय नागरिक पेपरलेस तरीके से जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट साथ रख सकें. इसमें ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस अपलोड करते हैं. इसमें डीएल की सॉफ्ट कॉपी सेव होगी. अब जब भी कोई पुलिसकर्मी आपको ड्राइव करते हुए रोके और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस दिखाने के लिए कहे तो डिजिलॉकर में सेव डीएल की कॉपी दिखाते हैं.

The purpose of DigiLocker is that Indian citizens can carry important documents in a paperless manner. Let's upload the driving license in it. Soft copy of DL will be saved in it. Now whenever a policeman stops you while driving and asks you to show your driving license, he shows you a copy of the DL saved in DigiLocker.

डीएल की हार्ड कॉपी साथ की झंझट से छुटकारा मिलएगा. ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की हार्ड कॉपी हर समय साथ रखने की जरूरत नहीं होगी बल्कि सॉफ्ट कॉपी से ही काम रहेगा.
